Nope, go next door. Was tired and apparently went to the wrong one. Thirty bucks for terribly done sew on. Just needed rank, and name and rank on a PC. All crooked and stitches skipped. Already falling off. Worst quality and was hustled through. Just go next door. They do a quality job that last years. Avoid this one.

They did such an amazing job and were able to rush the project for me to be done in time for Christmas. I am very grateful for their help. They were extremely respectful of the artifacts that I brought in for this WWII vets shadowbox. Thank you so much.

My husband took his ASU’s here to get done and took longer than they said and when he tried to get them back because they weren’t done they said they’d have it done by 5 the next day and they were NOT done!! Next time we’re going to the shop next door, it’s cheaper and faster!!

This is the best spot for cleaning uniforms and alterations if needed. I came her the whole time while stationed in JBLM area for 6 years.

They did a terrible, rushed job of sewing ranks on my uniforms. Even worse service and attitude. The lady tried to rush me out of the store with her nasty attitude so I wouldn’t see what a bad job they did sewing my uniforms. Not only that, but they keep your old ranks and try to resell them to other unsuspecting people for $4 each!! Will not be supporting this establishment again. Do yourself a favor and go to Jeannie’s right next door.Service: Alterations

Wedding dress alteration & cleaning review.We had been taking my (now) husbands uniforms there for years, had built a trusted relationship with them, and i decided to take my wedding dress there to be altered and dry cleaned. I dropped the dress off in March (Wedding end of August - 5 months). The first thing I asked them to do was dry clean the dress as it was yellowing, and I wanted to make sure it would come out prior to alterations. I saw two seamstresses here in the 5 months they had my dress, and the first didn't do a damn thing. The dress was still two sizes too big, no straps had been added, and the back wasn't taken down like I asked. Still wasn't dry-cleaned. Another seamstress took over (the last one either quit or was fired), and I asked again that the dress be dry-cleaned. Show up for my fitting a month or so later, my dress is sitting in the exact same spot I left it, unaltered, not dry-cleaned... Mind you, this is the month of my wedding. My dress was finally altered and dry-cleaned, but didn't fit right, still dirty, and i had to buy a NEW DRESS a week before my wedding. Mind you, I never got a full refund. Think twice before you bring anything here for dry-cleaning or alterations.

They helped me with my Class A pin set up really well after a different sewing shop messed up my ribbons and pins. Highly recommend for your Class A inspections.

Went there because one of staff sergeants recommended and I am happy I did because I got promoted after the ASU inspection. If you need help with pins and ribbons for your ASU tops, I highly recommend.

Not too low in price but not too high either compared to other sewing shops nearby. Employees know what they are talking about and they took care of my patrol cap and ocp's very well.
