One time the pharmacist noticed I could get a significant discount from the manufacturer on a very expensive medication and signed me up for their program on the spot, saving me $700! I had received the same prescription from a different Walgreens and they never mentioned a discount program. These folks are the best!”

“I am on numerous cardiac medications in addition to many others. due to my ever changing condition my medications are frequently being changed. all the medications must be given through a feeding tube so it is necessary we know whether they come in liquid or can be crushed, due to this special need the RpH Shonna, has been very thorough in going over instructions, catching meds ordered that can't be given by feeding tubes and alerting us to meds that are not compatible due to interactions. She also is helpful in securing the best cost coupon due to the exceedingly high cost of a few of my meds. My wife and I cannot thank her enough!! Even when short staffed she always has a smile and great attitude Despite some very rude and agitated customers.”

Today I must say they were super heroes for my little guy today. Going to get vaccines once or twice is hard enough but trying to convince him to go get a booster took some effort. But we had a great lady who was so patient and she was such an angel. Today she was wearing a cape and got my baby son still enough to do that shot. He said he did not feel anything. And yes they give lollipops if you be brave. I believe anyone of all ages who do this is so brave. I enjoyed the care provided and the encouragement. If you want to go take your little ones in there for vaccines, it is a good place to go. It is a drug store but the staff providing injections have great bedside manners for children. I was definitely impressed.”

“As pharmacies are closing more and more pharmacies are absorbing the burden of filling prescriptions, they are super busy and like all businesses, short staffed. It infuriates me to hear these trivial complaints, and probably from people who don't work. I have used this pharmacy for years and never had a bad experience. To the complainers - hope that this Rite Aid doesn't shut down and be thankful that someone there showed up for work.”
“I was calling to help a patient out with a prescription issue. Alex the pharmacy manager answered the phone. He was very prompt, polite and answered my questions with no hesitation. I could tell the pharmacy was busy with all the background noise going on, but he helped me quickly to resolve a patient's prescription issue and it was even for another store that I couldn't reach, but he still helped me. Thank you so much Alex!!!”
“After deciding to still come here for my refill medications- The service has been a lot better. I've received my items in a timely manner and I've had no other issues. I have not got a flu shot here again so cannot speak on any changes in this area thus far. Over all, Pretty good”

“I left a message about 4:15pm that I needed my prescription transferred to CVS from St Clair. They close at 5:00 and I couldn’t get there. They called me with in 10 min and got my RX transferred. I needed my inhaler so I could stop coughing and get a good night sleep. Thank you for the excellent service.”
