5 star experience. We purchased a massage chair at their store after trying several chairs. They were patient with all our questions and gave us a good deal. The 3rd party contractors who were supposed to deliver the chair to us were terrible. They postponed delivery twice and the second time they didn't even call us. I called up OTA and they went above and beyond to personally deliver the chair by themselves within a few hours of calling them. They even set it up for us for free. Very happy with their service so far...

I'm finally writing a review now.My mom called and said she liked the electric mat.My mother likes it so muchThe electric mat I brought from Korea was broken.After doing some research, I bought it from a store recommended by a friend, and I am very satisfied.At first, I went there thinking it was Ota World.I realized I was at the wrong place because it was a place that sold massage chairs.So I quietly asked the boss,I was glad to hear that there was an electric mat.Please respond very kindly.Thank you to the owner who explained in so many ways when I was purchasing a small product!!!For reference, in the space where you can experience the electric mat,I almost fell asleep while experiencing it.I remember feeling so warm and refreshed...They told me to try the massage chair before I went, so I really relaxed my body very lightly.He also gave me a glass of healthy juice and said that my skin got better after drinking collagen juice...Next time, I should give you a massage chair as a gift.

I came to Seattle from Korea to visit my parents. While thinking about what to buy, I happened to stop by H Mart in Tacoma to do some shopping, and right next door I visited a place called Ota World that sells massage chairs. Since you have been working for a long time, I got to experience what it would be like to buy a massage chair for your health.Since every household in Korea already has one, I thought it would be a perfect gift as a gift to my parents in Seattle, so I tried it out.I had to wait for a while because there were people experiencing it first, but the owner even gave me a cup of warm tea while I waited. Of course, the staff was very friendly. Seeing how many people gather here, it seems that not only the owner but also the employees are very friendly.I waited for a while and tried the best model first. The owner really kindly explained every single thing during the experience^^It is said that a healthy body makes one happy.I thought I should take my parents with me. It took about 25 minutes to get thereStill, the staff and boss guided me and informed me until the end^^Thank you so much!I gave one as a gift to my parents!They say the product I bought is the best-selling model!OS PRO 4D EmperorIf you are interested in a massage chair, stop by and experience it. As expected, the progress of science is great!Well, the day got a little chilly.I also bought an electric mat!The quality of the product is quite good,I bought it with my own money, but it was a pleasant purchase!thank you!

We made the trip down to the OTA store and we'll worth the drive. Large selection of massage chairs and health gadgets. The selections range from different models of 2D, 3D and 4D massage chairs. Upon doing our research online, comparing multiple reviews and testing various brands. We had our mind set on two options when we visted the store. Yong helped us out on the best options that fit our need and budget. Few days later, we made the decision and purchased the Osaki 4D Meastro LE. Yong fit us in there schedule the next day and delivered our chair. She and her husband delivered, installed and ensured we were satisfied with our purchase. We highly recommend going to OTA and work with Yong if your in the market for a massage chair.

Do not do business with this store! I bought a massage chair for my birthday because I work on my feet and wanted to indulge in some much needed self-care. I purchased an expensive chair Osaki Maestro 4D chair. When I called to find out when delivery would be I found out that the massage chair I had purchased was actually sold to someone else. Why would they sell me a chair that they didn’t even have?!This business kept trying to force me to purchase another chair in a color I didn’t want (pink) or pay $1000 more for another chair. They said they would try to source another one and would call me on Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday, they still hadn’t gotten another unit, and kept trying to make me wait for something else or buy something more expensive. It was extremely sketchy and unprofessional! I’m a business owner myself and would never treat a customer like this. When told them I wanted a refund, they claimed to be out of state and unable to do that. The owner kept begging for more time to find a chair and refused to refund my thousands of dollars. She hung up on my husband repeatedly! I had to file a claim against her business with the WA State Attorney General and call the Osaki distribution center in Texas to complain against this franchise before my money was refunded. This is a completely unprofessional, thieving, scamming business who will take your hard earned money and give you nothing in return! Go to Costco for your massage chair and AVOID this place!

I purchased a 2020 Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE from this Vendor in 6/2020. In the 1st month, they had to replace the chair two times because problems, but the initial impression and customer services were good.According to the menu, this model has the most advanced back heating system. But mine has never had any heat at all since day one. I was tired with the exchanging of such huge heavy item, and also hoping the heated rollers would come to life at some point soon.Finally I contacted the same Vendor on 12/03/2020 regarding the heating problem. They were unresponsive, simply told me that someone will contact me. I waited a while then reached out to Osaki Warranty Department, their response also cold and unprofessional.

Best massage chair store in WA! Absolutely recommended!It took me an hour to drive there but it worth every minute!The owners are SUPER friendly and they do carry a LOT of different massage chairs from various brands from different price ranges(From $1500-9000 so you will find the one for sure lol).I haven’t try any massage chair before so they helped me try many different ones patiently and I ended up ordered one at the spot!So relaxing!It is super nice that they do price matches too.It was an awesome experience and I would recommend this store 120%.
