I absolutely love this center! My daughter has had some rough transitions being a military family. All the staff have been so supportive, helpful, and incredibly patient with her. 10/10 recommend

Worst prejudice daycare in this area. I would never bring my children back here. Over priced, under staffed, they switch staff like underwear. My children always were injured and sick, reports were never written. I didn't understand how teachers could work around certain kids daily that they never liked. Oh and not to mention they deliberately tried to keep my 3 almost 4 year old in a class full of 2 year Olds while all the others moved forward. Majority of staff has a nice nasty attitude and they have ZERO structure when teaching children, it's literally free play all day. They don't provide lunch or even milk for that point. I'm so glad I was able to put my children in a real HEALTHY LEARNING environment. RUN RUN RUN

I am the grandma to the child regarding the earlier bad review. My daughter posted this review out of anger and stress as she had an appointment that day. The review was a bit unfair. The Center has a rule to get the kids there by a certain time. If not, they may not be able to attend that day due to ratios. My granddaughter arrived late. We have previously been told if she arrives on time, she will always have a spot. Now that it's summertime, they are hiring more staff. They do a great job with the kids and the teachers are wonderful.

If you have a black child take your child elsewhere.They keep all the black children at lower levels and promote all the other children. They consistently have negative things to say and never anything positive. My child gets scared an incident report is never written. They children run wild and teachers are constantly being switched out because no one wants to work there. I will absolutely be writing an article in the news paper about this facility.

Terrible daycare. Over priced and over crowded. They take more kids than they have capacity for which should be illegal. So God forbid you run out of gas and are a few mins late you get turned away but they sure take your money. It's sad that you have to race to get first come first serve when you've already paid for the service. I'd give no stars if I could.

If I could give this prejudice, germ infested, non educational, no structure daycare a ZERO I would. If you in particular have a black child ,this is not the school for your child. My son is 3 1/2 years old and is one of 2 black students in his class. Every child that is of another ethnicity that was in my childs old class has moved up besides the 2 black children. This facility switches teachers like every other month which is extremely difficult for little children because theyre having to learb whole new people, entire new learning system and whole new personalities. There is no educational curriculum and if there is the kids arent learning a thing! It's pretty much free play all throughout the day no matter what time you come to pick your child up they will never be learning anything, just pretty much running around screaming.Children stay sick at this facility, they dont provide lunch and the snacks are terrible. I would NEVER send my child here and again, if you have BLACK child send them elsewhere.

Not a place I would bring my child back to. I should have wrote this sooner. But they have such high staff turn over. We had one teacher that we loved and our son loved. They fired her and when we found out, one of the other teachers gave us our favorite teachers cell phone number and we asked her what happened and we couldn't believe the reason why. They lie about their staff and fire them. Just awful

I would never recommend this place!!!My children went their pre-pandemic and hated it!! my daughter was bullied and the staff did not stay on top of everything due to the fact that there seemed to not be enough supervision and staff paying attention to the school-age kids. I just tried to sign them up as we did not have a choice for childcare and was told by one of the employees that there was room for my children. I asked her if I needed to fill anything out and pay anything as I was happy to pay any fees and she said she needed to look into my file first but assured me that there was a spot for my children three days a week. She said when I came to pick them up Monday we could get everything settled and all the paperwork that I need to fill out could be done on Monday as she still needed to look into my file to see what was needed. I called to confirm they were picking my children up as I am often in Seattle and it is a 2 Hour Drive for me and I was just told that they were not being picked up!!! the owner was extremely condescending and had a very rude tone in her voice from the get-go. I expressed how frustrated I was because I have no way of getting my children today and they completely left me hanging. She didn't seem to care at all the inconvenience and nobody called to tell me that there was no room for them. She then made comments to me about how we never paid on time and she was always seeking payment which is absolutely false!!! there were a few times my husband and I miscommunicated on who was paying for that month but other than that we are good paying customers and we should never be spoken to that way!!!! The place is extremely dirty and smells like there has been mold festering for years and that was one concern I had when I first took my children there a few years ago!! In retrospect I'm glad there's no room for them it probably would've turned out to be a disaster just like the first time they went there....dodged a bullet here!!
