I had a late pick up for my clothes, when I got there to pick them up they said they did not have them. I could clearly see they had moved them to the back. I literally had to walk to the back and pick my clothes up.
Years ago this cleaners was phenomenal but it appears the management has changed. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone.

Took a pair of uniform pants to be fitted. They charged my husband 200 dollars. He came home and I said no no no, that’s not right. Get them back. I called. They said, no problem you can get a refund come pick them up…we immediately drove to get them.
We show up and they were done. Wouldn’t give us a refund. Just handed us the pants back. They literally rushed and fitted the pants before we got there so we couldn’t get the refund.

Bottom line up front. THIS PLACE STOLE MY CREDIT CARD! Read the recent reviews, this place is not reputable.If I could give them -5 stars I would. I dropped off my service coat to have stripes sewn on at 5:30 pm. It was a rush scenario where i needed the coat back the next day by 12:00pm. I was in a hurry and left my credit card on the counter top. At 10:30am the next morning I received a fraud alert. After checking my charges there was an additional charge on my credit card by OK Cleaners for $148 and then a second charge for $11,000 to an online retailer.When I went in to pickup my jacket I questioned the lady working at OK cleaners about the additional charge made by their shop two hours prior. I wanted to know who came in and charged the $148. The lady showed me the last ticket which was for the exact amount charged to my card. The ticket had a name and phone number so I called the number and a lady answered the phone. I questioned her about the charge and she had no idea what I was talking about. She stated she had just dropped off her uniform to have sewing completed and said she handed the worker her own card to pay for her sewing. She never saw my card. She sent me a picture of her receipt showing my credit card number being charged and the time stamp of when the charge was made. She offered to meet me or Venmo me for the charge.I then told the worker at OK cleaner I wanted to see the security camera footage for the time the charge was made. Then all of a sudden she no longer could speak English. It was at this time I knew the lady I spoke to on the phone did not use my card. The worker at OK cleaners immediately became uncompliant and unhelpful. She kept telling me she didn't understand and couldn't speak English. We had no problem communicating until this point.To add insult to injury the stripes were not sew on my coat correctly. The stripes were sewn on at my elbow. I had to go to another alteration shop who immediately knew the position was wrong and pay a rush service charge to fix my coat.

avoid this place, charged me for things they didn't make, continually repeat themselves up to an over 10 and 15 times saying the same thing instead of being able to converse or discuss anything and if that's not bad enough, the quality of the things I did get was for low stitch, count, causing the font to be grainy, worst place ever

This place isn't good service no communication with your items, they don't put dedication or time into the cleaning,sewing their timing is horrible I had to wait a extra two days for items.If your clothes are valuable to you This isn't the place for you run to another place with your money

I waited more than an hour only to be told my patches could not be made because the person was not there yet. So my 10 minutes to make them turned in to alot more.

Edit: after bringing this issue to the attention of my commander, they noticed they took ONLY the metals made from real gold….. go figure.If I could give them no stars I would. I got robbed for $117. They had an entire week to fulfill the job they advertise, dry cleaning & alterations. They assured me it would be done. They said it was going to be $80 which is $10 more expensive than my usual place but thought I’d try this new place out since it’s closer to my house.When I came to pick up my uniform for promotion board tomorrow, the uniform was only cleaned. It was not altered. & to top it off they lost 3 of my medals. When I brought it to their attention they all of a sudden don’t speak English even though we were communicating fine before. I pointed to the same metal on the wall & asked where’s mine? They didn’t say anything. They didn’t even bother to look. They pulled out a written receipt book wrote $117 & said “pay” I said no, you said it was only going to be $80 & you also lost my medals. They pointed to the written paper receipt and said “you pay. You pay.”Instead of getting more angry, I paid & left. I am under the strong impression I just got hustled by three 70 year old ladies. The day I dropped off the uniform we communicated clearly and everything was fine. I trusted their good nature so I didn’t think to get a statement saying $80 was going to be the final charge. But I go to pick it up on the day that was agreed upon & not only is their job not complete, they lost MY PROPERTY and overcharged the initial amount. What a business.
