Dr refused to see me but also willing to sign off that I was fit to return to work when an MRI report contradicted her findings. No diagnostics complete aside from radiographs that do not show soft tissue. She based her experience as a Dr and failed. I was denied care and had she seen me she would have seen that I was in fact not fit to return to work. Now they have the MRI report but can’t seem to find my number to schedule a follow up appt. I always thought that a Dr was ethically bound to see a patient before releasing to work or signing off that they were fit to return. I have filed a complaint with the state. I am glad that I have my own insurance and I was able to see a real Dr that listened to me and ordered additional testing hence the MRI report that confirmed my injury. Find a different Dr even if the state recommends this place, this is the most unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen. I’m surprised they’re actually licensed to treat patients.

It took and hour and 15 minutes to get called back for a simple drug test. I understand busy, but if you’re going to have the patient come in a half an hour before the appointment time but make them wait almost an hour after the appointment time to be seen, there’s some problems.

I would give zero star if I can. The assistant drew my blood in wrong tube, test was never ran. No communication what so ever they made a mistake, provider failed to inform me of the mess up. I’m waiting forever not knowing someone messed up. No apologies for making the mistake. Please do your job right.

This my first visit to this office and I can honestly say it was the best experience overall, from the ladies in the front the great help giving to me by Mariana,Mireya and Daniela to Dr. Sawyer who explained things to me that no one else has, I am happy to say I will definitely be back to continue my visits at this location.

The doctors were great! The front desk forced me into paying with cash without even checking my insurance. I told them I used it for the service I was in for but it didn’t matter to them. Overall I was satisfied with the services the doctor and here aide provided.

I went into the clinic after my father had an injury on the job. Clinic staff was great and they were able to get him in quickly. My father felt very comfortable with Mariana as she speaks his native language, Spanish. She was very professional, friendly, and followed all safety procedures to make my father feel comfortable. Thank you!
