I got a good deal and exactly what I wanted! Steven made it easy, and I didn't have to deal with any pressure tactics or feel like I was being manipulated. Before going out I did my research online. I had gone to one other larger chain store and left feeling meh. Mattress Depot had a way better selection in terms of brands and prices.

“I don't know how I missed this place, but they have just about everything or can get any bunk beds you want. Dave helped me out and was very informative. They have some higher end, well-built bunk beds, and he's willing to negotiate. The only day they are closed is Tuesday. I'll be back with the boss to make a final decision.”

Excellent when I bought furniture from my house, he wasn’t pushy just helped me give me some advice on certain things and I just went in there today to buy a rug and of course Josh’s customer service was good. “Owner Olaf really knows his mattress business. Sitting down and going over our wants and needs really made choosing the right mattress for us. He answered all our questions genuinely, and honestly. Once we started trying out suggested mattresses, we knew we came to the right place. Technology has improved mattresses significantly in less than 10 years. Olaf helped so much, moving mattresses around to let us try out, while answering questions and giving us information. We saved so much money shopping at Lakewood Mattress Warehouse. We set up our new mattress, it isn’t light, and will be resting on the King Aireloom mattress tonight!”
