Worst tax place service. They just collecting charge fee, but they are not very helpful. They didn’t help us with our tax. They just overcharge us with the fee.Whoever the accountant we talked to was not knowledgeable. Poor business ethic. Will never go back to this place.

So I went there to get my taxes with my ITIN number they sent my forms to the IRS but they put my ITIN as a social number instead as an ITIN. First mistake. I call them and now they told me that i had to go back and now mail my paperwork. Second mistake they switch my last name with my wife. 3rd thing I was supposed to get $800 back. now i have to pay $4000 to the IRS I ask to get a copy of my taxes so I can fix it on my own. They are charging me $25 dollars to get a copy. Please Please do not go here. Is better to go to H&R liberty mutual or any other agency. You want to have issues with your tax return then go here. Will not recommend at all bad bad bad bad bad bad service not professionalTo your response. When We got there me and my wife I told you that I had an ITIN number and you guys submitted the form as a social I did not filled out any form that is why we pay for your services so that you could do that for us. I provided the ITIN letter you submitted the form as a social number. Change my last name. Again I did not filled out the form you did. I'm not making nothing up. You was behind the computer with our w2, Social card for my wife, and ITIN fro me as well as our driver license. How can it be possible to make that mistake? Please do not try to justify. Cause the mistake was made at your facility. Thank you for having me now pay over $4000 to the IRS. Also I have done my taxes at H&R and liberty and I have never need to mail my forms never, that is an absolute lie. I can assure you about that. Please do not lie. Please to all the people that check reviews please please if you are using an ITIN you do not need to mail in your tax return other agency's can do that for you not by mail.

I went to get my taxes done with an itin number and they meesed up they put it as social number. Then they call me to say i have to send the form by my self cause they made a mistake and is been over 7 months and when I called them to get info they never answer. The messed up also the electronic refund never revise our tax return.

The place feels like a mom and pop shop. They treat you as a person, not just another number. They have a personal touch unlike H&R Block or the other chain tax services. This will be my 4th year going there. They have a flat tax rate fee you pay upfront(about $300), so you know how much you pay before you sit down with the accountant. I hate how some places charge you a % and get $1000 for 30 min of work. Robbery!!

It has been brought to my attention that M&L has been taking deductions I did not state to them I my return. I have been asked to produce records showing my over 2k in deductions to goodwill. I never told them I brought anything to goodwill or non cash donations. I don't know why they would do this and I was told I am the one responsible.

Waited over an hour already after our appointment time to be seen. Offensive musing playing by the kids behind the desk in the office. Desk staff speaking about my taxes to people im not sure even worked there in foreign language right in front of me. Once we were finally seen the accountant was good. Wouldnt return if the same desk staff was still there.
