Sometimes it a bit confusing. Went to find something for my wife's tomato plant and look for a couple of good deals. When we went to checkout and an older couple was having a little trouble working self checkout and the employee working in that area had to be the most miserable person in the entire building!! When i had mentioned to her that if she cleared a register of a prior sale, then we could ring up our items and go so the line didn't get too bad. She turned and gave us a look of pure hatred!! We are definitely NOT going back.

They should have a higher rating than 3.9. This store has been so accommodating and always has answers to every need and store aisle location. My only drawback is when JBLM transfers troops out I can't find moving materials. Lol

Great customer service, both Tre'von and Avinish went the extra mile to help me. I was impressed by how much effort those both put in when I had a difficult question. You rarely see that amount of energy put into customers these days. Good culture.

Astonishingly terrible customer service in the lawn equipment section. Three employees were sitting/leaning on patio furniture laughing with a customer and couldn’t bother to assist. After waiting a while, I walked up and asked a rep for assistance and she had no idea what the “free shipping” price threshold would be on lawn equipment (for an out of stock item). Told me to look online. I left the store and went up the road to Home Depot and spent about $500 there.

5/23/2024 I went into Lowe's today in Lakewood to buy a backpack leaf blower I sat there and waited and waited and then went and talked to somebody and asked him to page somebody to come help me got no help then I went up and asked somebody else, they paged over the overhead intercom to have somebody come help in customer service with leaf backpack blowers, I sat there for over 25 minutes and not a single employee came over to help me!! horrible!!! So instead of them getting my money I'm taking my business down to tractor supply where I know people will help. It is just ridiculous to wait that long and not see one employee come to help after being paged twice!!

Lowes seems to have upped their game lately. I've had a super easy time ordering online and having my items brought out so that we don't need to trudge through the store with a giant cart.

Kevin is a lawn/garden/plant HERO!! He noticed I was struggling to pull two carts from the garden area and offered to help. He then noticed the trees I was purchasing and commented on how beautiful and amazing they were. He offered planting & care advice, and patiently answered the hundred questions I had about them and anything green related. If anyone at Lowe’s is listening, an actually cares, Kevin should never be assigned to another department…his knowledge, passion & experience is rare & sets him apart from the average plant-person. Your customers will not only notice this difference, they will leave feeling exited, grateful & confident in both their purchase & shopping experience.
