Hadn't been to lane Bryant in a couple of months yesterday's experience was night and day from 2 months ago 2 months ago I walked in the store they virtually ignored me. Did not acknowledge went back yesterday. It was a completely different staff They greeted me. They were helpful they directed me. What I couldn't find at the store they offered to order for me. It was night and day. It was like finding a lost friend and I have been going to lane Bryant for almost 40 years. A beautiful experience yesterday. Thank you, ladies.

I had a great experience in March after major emergency surgery. I had to have a colostomy bag and I had lost so much weight that I went from a 46HHH to a 42 DDD. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I went in exhausted and defeated. Then a beautiful woman said may I help you? I turned around and a sense of relief overwhelmed me. Her name is Ro I absolutely have thought about her gentle kindness everyday since then. Now it’s the day before Christmas Eve and I went to give her a gift and my thanks. We cried together and laughed together and we hugged. It was awesome!!! I will see Ro soon because I will call ahead to make sure she’s there!!! Oh and I got a new silver bra it’s beautiful and so comfortable!!! Down another size.

Store hours say they close at 6pm on Sundays. When I arrived at 4:30 on 11/19 the doors were locked and lights were off. Total waste of gas.
