I talked to them about a case for my phone and was told they had 5 in stock so I told them I would be there shortly....when I arrived I asked the lady behind the counter and was told (without even looking) they don't have it. So I told her I talked to u guys and was told u do and she continued to say no no idk and acted like she didn't speak English. Very very bad customer service ?

I just bought a Galaxy Z fold , I went to Lakewood cell phone and purchased a case ,the guy put it on . The next day I noticed my screen was bubbling up because the case was pushing the screen,I took it back the guy told me that's what happens to old screen protectors, The phone is 2 days old, I see the guy just didn't want to give my money back and It would be arguments and issues just to even try. "Wasn't worth it ".
