Nice size local convenience stores that most likely will have the essentials you need. Forexample, toilet paper, paper towels baking stuff, spices/condiments, breakfast stuff, beer/wine, and even small selection of produce. I was able to find everything I needed for the house when I didn't have time to go to the actual grocery store.

The market was ok it was the bus ride that should have been unusual for most but not for me the driver actually used a street that was much farther from the McChord main gate and instead of getting out just short of the gate I had not only that store to stop at but also the next one down. ?

The staff is very kind until you find out that they overcharge you for stuff. They'll make the claim they don't know how to work their own register system and that the "guy who does that stuff" comes on another day. They will overcharge you. They will not care.DO NOT SHOP HERE

It was a great neighborhood good store. New owners need much better help. The one employee Sonny has banned me from the store because I was one of the people who actually complained because he was always on the phone with personal call when customers are waiting in line. I am handicap so this will be very interesting to see what the Better Business Bureau and my attorney says about refusing service to someone who is handicap.
