My brakes went out and I had to call for a tow. I'm Very Happy with the service that was provided! They were here in 15-20mins from when I placed the call and very reasonably priced (Best Price)! The Gentleman that came out was Nice and Respectful! I would Definitely call again if I was in need of a tow in the future! Thanks again! ?

If you need a tow at a reasonable price, call this guy! We needed an expedited tow, and he was able to get there within 20 minutes. He was professional and proficient. I’ll be keeping his number in case I need it in the future!

He did an amazing job towing my car when I broke down. Unfortunately I didn’t opt for a tow on my insurance and luckily I was able to call jimco and have them come onto JBLM and tow my suv to Lakewood where my mechanic is. Awesome dude and did a great job 10/10 recommend.

Fast, friendly and honest service. On time and Mac was a safe drive and good conversationalist on our 25mi ride to the mechanic. Also best price and customer service among 4 estimates!

Best towing in town. Called multiple towing companies and jimco had the best availability and price out of 7 or so towing companies I called, I also loved how responsive and quick they were to arrive to the location. Will definitely use and recommend jimco when the need arises for me or my friends. Thank you.

Called in a time of need to move my car from one place to another and they delivered in fact I was late meeting him he was there ready to go and helped me get my truck looked at and getting toward fixing so thank you again prices was affordable compare to others God bless

No one ever wants to have to call a tow truck, but if you do have to you can’t do better than Jimco towing. They arrived very quickly, were reasonably priced, and were a delight to talk to. We were so grateful.

Of course no one loves when their car dies and you need a tow…but these folks were amazing! I called them at 1757, was told to text them our location and where to tow it, and they’d let me know if they accept the job. Within minutes I received a response saying price, and told me they’d be here in 26 minutes…they showed up around 1820. Not only did they show up quicker than expected, the tow driver was pleasant. I would definitely recommend them is you need a tow. Thank you guys so much!

Jimco Towing had a driver available right away after my daughter totaled her first car. Affordable, prompt and very reassuring during a time of stress. Got us and the car home quickly and safely. I will call them first every time!
