I have been going to H&R Block for a little under 10 years, and so far, I have yet had a bad experience with the services that I've been provided. The folks at H&R Block are knowledgeable and willing to help me understand what's going on as they go through the process. They have even the past offered some suggestions on ways I can improve my finances. I'll keep going to them for as long as possible.

This office can be very overpriced! Do not let them do your work without first getting a quote and comparing it to other tax preparation services. Shop around just like you would do for anything else.

A VERY busy location, where the more talented Tax Pro's are booked weeks in advance. This means some neophytes are getting invaluable training and being brought up to speed rapidly, with access to advice. All levels are handled. Hard working folks in reception, handling schedules and arrivals, multiple phone calls per minute, taking payments, and retrieving records. A major drop off practice as well if you can't get an appointment or don't want one. Quite an operation.
