My tax preparer took me step by step on my tax return, and at each step if I had any questions. She is well knowledgeable about tax laws and stuff. The only one thing I wasn't satisfied was I wasn't able to get my refund immediately, my last refund was deposited into a credit card issued by your company. And it was because my refund amount wasn't enough for an approval...
