Just stopped in to see their shop. Looks good. Their shop rates are lower than those of the Olympia Honda dealers. It's a ways from Olympia, but we'll see how they do when I bring my bike in.

I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted to the rim. All places I called would not mount the tire unless I purchased a tire at their establishment. South Bound did it without hesitation.'They had it mounted in less that 20 min. The staff is fantastic, great customer service. Definitely going to purchase my next motorcycle from them. I highly recommend them!

Went in, decided to purchase a Honda Monkey. Ready to pay cash but interested in possibly financing so we could buy 2. Salesman took our info to send us some financial options. Never called us. When we called back we were told the motorcycle we wanted to purchase was gone. No follow up, crappy business practices.

I needed a power upgrade from my little 125cc bike, and after doing some online snooping, I found a terrific little Honda located at a dealership I'd never heard of. My first visit to South Bound Motorsports assured me that this was probably a good, reliable shop. Subsequent interactions have only confirmed my initial impression; the staff is cheerful, knowledgeable, and eager to please. I arranged a trade-in, placed a deposit, and returned a couple days later to finalize the purchase, Pressed for time due to a work-related obligation, I asked if the staff could expedite the usually hour-long paperwork nightmare, and to my utter amazement, they somehow managed to get me out the door in time to make my meeting! Of course, it takes more than a couple of quick visits to establish a relationship with those you plan to trust with the long-term maintenance of a vehicle, but so far, my dealings with South Bound Motorsports have been completely satisfying.

About two and a half weeks ago I brought in a small motorcycle wheel to re-spoke and put a new tire on. First they wasted about a week and a half not following up on the delivery, which went to the wrong store (Lakewood). Now they claim nobody here has the ability to true a wheel. These guys wasted two and a half weeks of my time not to mention the gas driving back and forth. When I went into the Bremerton store to pick up my wheel the employees were rude and argumentative, and didn't seem to care or apologize. I really don't care about excuses, as they could have called me as soon as they figured out they don't have the staff to do complete this simple task. I'm just curious why they weren't straight with me from the beginning, I would have done it myself or brought it somewhere else.

If you're stopping for the sales team, Manny is your guy! He is knowledgable and fun spirited. He's always able to provide insight and answer questions whether is was pertaining to parts, gear, or motorcycles. He was a great help with when I bought my Triumph and he's my go to for anything relating to it. Overall all of the staff here are super helpful as well. I've never had a bad experience when stopping in.

Denise was knowledgeable and patient helping me find a helmet. I have piercings so ensuring the helmet didn't negatively impact my piercings was one of my concerns. Safety and fit were my priorities. Denise assisted me in finding the perfect helmet!

I called them up several times about brake issues with my motorcycle. I left a message with the service department to call me to schedule to bring my motorcycle in for service and never recieved a call back......Bummer...... After a few days, I called again and this time they transferred me again to the V.M. left a second message and no call back. I called a third time and the manager told me that he would pass on the message to the mechanic and no call back......... I guess they could of told me that they were too busy to take on anymore service work...... I have bought a new Honda Valkery from these guys and spent much dollars here but when it comes down to service they are last on my list to call for any future service work....... I will never call these guys again.... It's a crying shame that they will smile and take your money but give you the run around when you need their help!!!!!!!!! Mad as heck!!!!! But glad I found someone else to do my work.......

Absolutely great service and products! Chris was very attentive, and actually listened to us when we called and ready for us to make our purchase before we even got there. Absolute gentlemen all the way around. My family and i where even asked other employees while we waited if we needed anything else. Gabe was our finance guy. He was awesome too. Our credit union dropped the ball on our pre approval. So they jumped right to plan B and got us an even better interest rate with another bank. This is where you want to buy your next bike from. Incredible variety of makes and models. Practically anything you could want. I personally watched about 5-9 get purchased and leave the store while was there. And at least 3-4 more that where gonna finish up after we left. I couldn't take mine home because of some other circumstances, but they offered to leave it in their showroom until i can come grab it from them.

When it was go time to purchase a Goldwing I reached out to South Bound Honda to get a quote. The sales manager Joey reached out to me immediately and took care of me from start to way past the actual purchase. We did negotiations and accessory orders over the phone, text, and email. He called every couple of days with updates on the accessory orders and delays. If I reached out to him, I got an immediate response! When I picked up the bike, we were late due to traffic. He still made sure I knew everything I needed to know way after closing. He also mentioned that he noticed a scuff in the seat and had already ordered a replacement. He even checked on how I liked the bike after my first ride later that evening! I have reached out a few times after the purchase and Joey was still quick to respond! We also went back to get a helmet for my wife and the parts department was quick, helpful, and very friendly!! They have a huge selection of used bikes too. I would highly recommend South Bound Honda for your motorcycle, parts, and service needs!

So i heard not good things about this store man was I lied to. I had one of those problems with my bike and I put it off till the last and was a little desperate to fix the problem ( back tire was bald and showing metal bands) they went out of their way to Change my tire even though they had no openings. While they fixed the rear tire one of the owners came through the shop glanced at my bike and noticed my front tire wasn't safe and gave me a real awesome deal for the tire mounting etc. the shop guys and the owner were probably the nicest guys I've ever dealt with
