Despite not being in the best location, there were a couple of issues here. The glass in the windows is single pane... so it does not block sound very well. I can sleep through a lot... but at least 4 times during the night I was awakened by the LOUD sounds of the highway and train horns. I mean, between the train and people gunning their engine...very bad. The other side of the hotel was worse... we literally all changed rooms. (business trip) I'm in the room now, and I was going to watch some videos... I have Silver status so I figured I would get good internet speed... at home I get 300MB per second, and I've learned that most hotels are 1/10 that... about 30 to 40 MB per second. But here... 0.54 MB per second. That means that just checking my email takes 90 seconds to download... impossible to watch any streaming... so no videos for me tonight... not happy.

The hotel and staff were great but terrible location. My truck was broken into in the parking lot causing several hundred dollars in damage and the theft of 2500 in personal belongings. Staff were unable to help as I was parked in a “blind spot” even though a camera was pointed directly at my truck leading me to believe their cameras are non-functional. I cannot recommend staying here in good faith.

The shower had air in the pipes and had a high pitched sound. Rooms could have 4 sets of towels in them. It was nice and clean.

Room was clean and modern. Hot shower. Service was great. Had issues getting my paper receipt when I checked out. Had to call to get it emailed, which was a bit annoying.

Good location, clean facility, room was decent, what you’d expect for this type of hotel, down side is there is some noise from the freeway. Typical budget hotel breakfast, same menu each day. The gym was well equipped, there is a pool and hot tub but I didn’t use. Location is perfect for military folks and close to I5.
