I love to bring my dog for grooming at Bark Chatew, The grommets are so nice and accommodating, with the care of my dog. I highly recommend this grooming salon.

We’ve been using Bark Chateau for several years. They’ve been so great and we’ve always had a great experience. Our senior Maltese was not the friendliest to people but she did great here and was groomed regularly until she passed. We currently take our little Pom here and he gets the cutest teddy bear cuts. We’ve also used the training service. When we got our big dog, we were in desperate need for some training. It is definitely a work in progress on our end but our big guy has done so well. He is a completely different dog and we can now enjoy walks on a leash. He is a bit of a nervous dog but he loves Taylor and Ashley. We can’t clip his nails at home but he lets them do it when he gets groomed. They are absolutely the best! Oh, I forgot to add the special little things like getting pics over the holidays when they are groomed or cute ties over the holidays. It is just those little things that mean a lot. I recommend them to everyone that I know.

We have a large Bernedoodle named LT who loves his spa days at Bark Chateau. He always looks wonderful with his "doodle" cuts and the staff treats him so well! Excellent service for a special member of our family!

We recently had to search for a new groomer bc the one we used was only open M-F. So we found this gem in located in Lakewood! My pup and I arrived and they took him right in, he gets scared so he was a bit sassy and they were able to get him in, he had a bad experience in Germany where the groomer tried to comb out his mats in stead of simply shaving them out, soooo he is scared whenever he goes to a place where he thinks he will have e to endure this type of hair pulling. Anyhoots everyone in the business that saw my baby was kind and patient with him. His hair was matted again bc we did not have a free weekday to bring him and all adults in this fam work. Anyway, we are so glad that other groomer does not work on weekends bc his hair looks better than we imagined and he was not mad at us after!!!! So stop your search and try this amazing team. Thank you team bark chateau you guys rock.

My dog was in need of grooming; her hair was getting too long and crazy. I wasn't sure where to go, and reached out to a few places. Two places didn't return my emails, and this place was quick and easy to get an appointment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog here and she always comes back out looking good.

The owner is rude and completely unprofessional. The way she treated me was nasty and when you walk in her shop, it smells like dog and I know it’s a dog place but it is an overpowering smell. It’s not a good one. I will never take my dog there again. She was completely rude to me when I walked in, and she has groom my dog before, and it was not worth the money. I would not advise anybody taking their dogs in there especially if they want a good customer service review.
