Isaac, Jake and Ethan delivered our furniture on Jan. 19, 2024 and things could not have gone better! Not only were these guys very organized with making sure the appropriate boxes/furniture went to the correct rooms but they were also SO quick. Close to 7000lbs of items unloaded in just about 4 hours... wow! I also found them pleasant to talk to.. very good humored guys! Hang onto workers like these because they will take your company far! Thanks to you three again!

The people that initially did our delivery was great but we called and scheduled a pick up for all the packaging twice… both times no one showed up or even cared to call to let us know they couldn’t come or anything…

I've never had the luxury of hiring movers and it's the best purchase I could have made. The crew (Peter, Franco, Leo and Jacek) all showed up on time, introduced themselves and just started to work. Everything was loaded up, transported and unloaded all within 4 hours. I couldn't recommend Golden Services more for your next move.

Did our recent PCS packing and loaded our crates. The first day things looked great— 3 man team and they moved pretty quick. Day 2 we had 8 people packing and moving. Our items weren’t cared for as they should be and we saw the result of that at our next duty station. Our crates were unloaded today and lots of things weren’t boxed which resulted in damages. A brand new console table is destroyed because they didn’t remove the shelves inside. They took apart half of my outdoor furniture and left half together. They improperly labeled almost everything. We had to cut into every box to figure out what was actually in it upon arrival. They also loaded my deep freezer into the crate sideways… waiting to see if it even works. AND THEN, they loaded a lawn mower into a crate with gas in it that leaked into the crate. The lawn mower was set aside for us to empty but they packed it anyways because they don’t communicate well with each other. Lastly, we’ve reported a younger packed that packed boxes with a backpack on him the entire time. Our movers and inspector at our new duty station confirmed that packers should be wearing backpacks because it’s a sign of stealing. We’ll see if anything is missing soon.

These people just did my PCS move. Great and happy workers, who seem to love what they do. Quality of work was very great as they handled everything with care while also wasting no time. Highly recommend!

The team was very informative, they let me know when the truck was loaded and when they were enroute, then they called to verify the apartment number and where they could set up. After arrival they conducted a walk through to identify where certain items went and after they got right to work unloading the truck. Super through and even helped locate three items that were tagged and boxed up. They were very professional and very courteous. Hands down highly satisfied with Golden's services, i would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff is great. The management is not. Expect your staff to be overworked, under paid and under appreciated.Remember to tip your movers.

I called and told them I was coming in to pick up crated ,told me someone would be here ,fought 1 hour in traffic to go 16 miles get here they tell me warehouse closed at 3 pm BAD COMMUNION APPARENTLY So Now I'm stuck here the weekend ??

Had an easy time with the movers at both destinations. Kept me in the loop and we're pretty quick with all my questions. Didn't break anything either! Very helpful and respectful of the home.

Every single person we talked to whether in office or on site were absolutely amazing. Extremely nice and professional. The crews on site were very dependable and made sure they did what we wanted. I would always recommend and refer them.

Boxes will not be picked up if they've gotten rained on. Good information to have known beforehand. Would've been 5 of 5 stars.

Our family did an intercontinental move and Golden Services were phenomenal! The movers were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were timely, quick, and put all our furniture back together upon arrival. Five star service!
