The service provided was exceptional! Manny displayed professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. He efficiently resolved my request within two minutes. Without a doubt, this has been the best experience I've had at a ship/print office compared to other companies!

Michael was an awesome Store Consulant! He made sure to welcome me in and asked me questions that made me feel welcomed! I'll definitely be doing more art projects at this location! Store looks great and the Store Manager is awesome!!

All representatives in this store were fantastically professional, courteous, and friendly. To include the shipment pickup driver that happened to be there. The 2-line wait was literally about only 1 minute. Efficient team! With service like this, I will be a repeat customer here!

No-one answering the phones and door is still locked. Location was supposed to open 15 minutes ago. If you don't have the staff at least update your hours. There's literally a line of people outside the door. I think it's highly disrespectful in general, but more so because some of us are first responders and/or military and run on tight schedules. Particularly disgusting right after veterans day.

This FedEx has met the needs of the company I work for, last minute, twice in a row. And there was a discount on the vertical bannister we commissioned from them.We also needed additional materials (100x brochure, 100x vouchers) the day before our event, and they were able to make it happen. Great, friendly staff as well.We will be using this location for our business materials going forward.

I came in frantic because I’m getting married in Mexico in a week and couldn’t get my excel sheet to print at home and due to the complexity of the program I decided to come to FedEx. I had problems with the print&go option as well. Jane was able to come to my rescue! Jane was very professional and stuck with me, all the while multitasking and helping other customers. I got what I needed. She was amazing! Thank you so much Jane I appreciate you!
