We ordered 4/24/24 and they delivered to the wrong house. When we called they put the driver Jacob on the phone who was very rude. He refused to bring us a new pizza and told my husband he could walk to the wrong house and pick it up. Horrible customer service. We will never order from this location again. Enjoy your $6 tip Jacob!

The last few times ive ordered here it’s been nothing but issues. Waiting 2+ hours on delivery twice, they dont answer their phone so had to drive to store and pick it up. They forgot half my order yesterday when I ordered and brought me a cold pizza and didn’t even apologize. I will NEVER be ordering her again.

If I could give negative stats I would!!! I placed my order on march 7th at around 5:00pm about 25-30 min later a delivery driver shows up to my house i realize they have the wrong order as they’re getting it out of the bag (i ordered 1pizza wings and bread bites they where pulling out 4 pizzas and two smaller boxes) i informed the driver that this was the wrong order she apologizes and put the food back in the bag and says she’ll fix it (no problem AT this point) about 5 min later i get a call from an unknown number (which i assumed was someone from the store to fix the issue) i answer to find out it’s another customer who has gotten my number off my receipt because she was delivered my food. i then call up to the store and im placed on hold for over 25 minutes. my wife finally got threw calling from her phone and inquired about the status of the issue and was told that they’re aware of it and will get to it when they get to it (it’s almost 6:30 at this point) she asked to speak to a manager which they refused to put on the line inevitably hung up on her. At this point my kid is starving so i drive up there to figure out what was going on. I get to the store and they’re like we’re remaking it right now. i ask for the manager who reluctantly comes over and i ask about the whole situation. the first thing he says is we’re busy what do you want me to do? i ask for at least a refund of my delivery fee and what not since im now there to pick it up he says they’ll only credit my account 1 pizza (not the end of the world but not what i wanted) i then express concern that due to their mess up some random stranger now has my phone number and address and i basically get told “oh well” he then asks why im complaining if i got food delivered even if it wasn’t the right food I informed him i did the right thing and stopped the delivery before it happened due to it being the wrong food which he said i was lying because the pizza never came back to the store. he then proceeded to say me and my wife had been cursing at him and his staff over the phone (which is a lie and i called him out on it) at this time one of the other employees brings me my food. i ask for contact information for his supervisor he out right refused to give it to me and said “if you want it you figure it out” at this point im infuriated and go to leave and he starts making disparaging remarks about my appearance as im leaving. so in short horrible service, completely untimely, toxic behavior, oh and some random stranger has my full contact information

I do not trust this place at all. The last time I went here and used my card my information was taken and someone put charges on my card. I know it was here because it was the only place I used the card. They first have you tap your card then they cancel the transaction and have you do tap again. Thats not right at all. They are compromised and can take your Information beware!

There was no garlic seasoning on the crust. The garlic is the main reason I order Domino’s over other pizza places.

Waited hour and half. Called store, no answer. Finally had to go down and get it. Refused to refund delivery charges and tip, seeing how I had to pick it up. Then when i got home, i noticed the order was wrong. I ordered two large specilty and a medium. Got two mediums and a large. This place ripped me off. I wont be ordering from here again. Very poor.

The manager is a lazy jerk. They stop the timer for carside delivery early without bringing the pizza out so you don't get the free pizza as part of the promo, and then refuses to actually add it to your account on account of "its too busy" despite me being the only one there in person and the entire point of the promo being prompt service. Either get the pizza out on time or give your customers the free pizza that you PROMISE THEM without arguing with them about having to do your job.

They used canned tomotoes instead of fresh tomatoes on my order. I would rather they told the truth if they were out of tomotoes.That's just not a good thing to do.

They got my pickup order wrong ): I didn’t realize it was wrong till I got home, they said I should’ve checked before I left the store but they should’ve checked before the gave it to me.. guess no “quality check” happened? They offered to replace if I brought my order back, but I wasn’t trying to take another 20 minutes to drive to the store, 20 for them to remake it, and 20 back.. I just wanted a refund for the item they forgot but they wouldn’t do it.
