All of you people who negatively criticize these stores and complain have no idea how underpaid, overworked, and understaffed this company is. You’ve obviously never worked in retail, specifically a cheap, inhuman company that doesn’t value their employees. Guess how much the “hazard” pay was during COVID??? .25-.75 cents!!!! And the reason the stores are a mess are because the CUSTOMERS don’t care, realize, or respect the store it’s self and how hard these very few employees actually work. My advice, if you pick something up and then decide you don’t want it, put it back where it belongs and stop belligerently ripping through the originally neatly stacked and organized product on the shelves and show some patience when you’re waiting in line! You know gawd dang well that if you go to a store, especially at peak hours, you’re gonna have to wait in line, that’s what being a consumer entails. And while you’re waiting in line, maybe reorganize something that’s out of order or pick up something off the floor, it’ll pass the time and help the overwhelmed and under appreciated employees. Also quit letting your children play in the store like it’s a McDonald’s ball pit, CAUSE ITS NOT! You wanna blame ??? Call the corporate office! They’re the ones that should hear about the strife and struggle that their stores are going through! Then maybe you’ll really see where the problems’s coming from, cause corporate DOSEN’T CARE!!! Their bottom line is money, not people!!! It’s really easy to complain for all of you, but in the time you’ve taken to complain, you could’ve been a kind HUMAN and thought of an actively positive solution to the problem, instead of belittling the other HUMANS that work there. If we as a collective society can’t stop wrongfully and negatively judging others, over something that’s clearly a big corporate problem, not a people problem, then we’re doomed to fail. I wish you could all see how petty and selfish you’re being and stop bickering and blaming each other and start seeing the bigger issues at hand!! Stop passing the blame, stop projecting, stop bullying and take some accountability and time to use your heart instead of your ego and your displaced anger…Put yourselves in the other person’s shoes, get off your high horse, and stop looking down on them with malice, carelessness, shame, disregard, and disrespect and start asking them if they’re ok, or if there’s anything YOU can do to help! NONE OF US HAVE THE RIGHT TO JUDGE! BUT ALL OF US HAVE THE POWER AND ABILITY TO CARE AND HELP!!!

This store is terrible. Shelves are empty mostly and the store is horribly messy. I was there a month ago and contacted corp and nothing was done. How a DM walks in this store and sees this is beyond me. Clearly they’re not checking at all. Also, the fact I had to walk through two employees (one manager) smoking directly in front of the doors is disgusting. I do not want your second hand smoke. This store needs a complete overhaul or closed!!!!

Store not as cluttered and no boxes stacked high. seems like the finea they have been given by L&I were taken seriously. Store was still well stocked even less than a week to Christmas

Unfortunately, this store is a mess, almost as bad as the Dollar Tree on 72nd in East Tacoma. I realize that some of the clerks are stocking the shelves with Christmas decor, etc., but just looking at the general aisles, they are pretty much in disarray making it hard to find items. They only had one clerk who was working the register, but luckily he was very speedy and there wasn't too much of a line to wait in. However, he was somewhat curt and obviously frustrated or just in a bad mood, cuz he was quite short with some of the customers, especially the two elderly ladies that were in line ahead of me whose credit card had been declined. He basically announced it was declined very loudly so other customers in line could hear, which I could tell embarrassed the two ladies. And all he had to do was let them try running it through one more time, and of course it worked the second time. They were so flustered that one of them tried to take their cart outside, which they cannot do due to the electronic mechanism that doesn't allow the cart to go out the door, which she would have found out on her own. But that same rude clerk decided it would be best to literally yell at them saying "hey ladies, leave the darn cart here! It doesn't go out the door! Bring it back now!" I felt sorry for these 2 ladies. They were probably in their late 70s or early 80s and they certainly didn't deserve to be treated like that.

I went to this one because the one near my house never has yarn.. Or anything really. But they didn't carry the fluffy stuff here anymore either. (they used to)
