Not reliable, liars. I ordered for a tire replacement. They never called me to let me know the tire is in the shop. I repetitively had to call in myself to find out its in. When I got to the shop, the tire was not in the system but it was there. There was confusion within the staff. I waited for hours for service. I later had to leave and came back in the afternoon. Am still waiting. I wish they could pick a leaf from the Bothell branch. I missed work because of them not being reliable. I wouldn't recommend.

Always a pleasant experience there. I went in for an air check and the explained that two of my tires valve caps were seized on and to just pull in and they would fix the issue no questions asked

Came here for a rebalance and rotation for my tires which are supposed to be free, the guy that assisted me told me my tires were at 4/32 and 3/32 according to its device. Then he starting using his manual pen and changed it into 2 to try to insist on selling me tires even though he said he makes no commission. I insisted honor the 4/32 on the device since they will still do rotation and balancing at that point but then he just came with he could only do it on 1 tire. I find this ridiculous and I was going to give them my business but not anymore because I know my tires can go some additional 5,000 or 8,000 miles with no problem. I am changing this review from 1 star to 4 star since I went to another Discount Tire location, exactly at Federal Way, WA, Gage was knowledgeable, helpful and I did got the free tire balancing. After my service I went ahead and ordered my new tires to be installed in 2 weeks. It was easy to buy tires from him and he was very helpful in informing the services that discount tires have to offer.

JUST TO LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT 100 PERCENT DISCOUNT TIRE DOES DO PLUGS AND PAYCHES FOR FREE!! EVEN IF THEY ARE BOUHT ELSEWERE.. AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT IN TOO BAD OF SHAPE OR THE PLUG IS NOT ON THE SIDEWALL OR BETWEEN THE TREADS... SO YEAH ITS 100 FREE!!

After getting my winter tires/wheels replaced with my summer wheels, I noticed a slight ticking sound at high speeds and also my brakes had a rubbing sound at any speed. I immediately went back to the Lakewood, Wa. location. I explain to the front counter service person about my problems and he took the car in immediately and began to work on the problem. After about 30 to 45 minutes he came back to me and told me what he had done and that he had also taken a test drive to make sure those symptoms were gone.
Josh the service person who did the work himself, told me he replaced all the lug bolts on the wheels (because some of the bolts had a higher than usual resistance to threading in ) to make sure they were seated properly and that seem to solve the problem after he had also test driven my car. He said there would be no charge for the lug bolts and that he also gave me a specific socket that would remove those bolts when needed.
This service by far exceeded any other experience I had with tire shops in the past and that it had also confirmed my satisfaction of dealing with this business for the last 15 years and approximately four sets of tires!
Thank you Discount tires and in the way you train your employees on how to interact with its customers!
