I’m coming from emergency room to the pharmacy I have life emergency bad Allergie I need the auto injections just in case if I lose my breathing again it’s need to be with me I came 5:30pm the told me come to pick it up tomorrow . Also I’m at the line I asked her if I can pick up my daughter medication she said go turn around the car behind you. I told her I’m in my turn she said no you have to turn. New bad employees you guys have I never had this experience before. I’m not gonna do anything at this pharmacy again

Staffing is so low you often can't purchase what you want because no one can unlock it for you. No one on register. No one answering questions. Horrible choices by CVS, they are trying to run stores into the ground.

Scheduled an appointment for two vaccines at this location. Don’t trust what cvs.com indicates is available in terms of vaccinations at this location. This CVS only had one of the vaccinations I needed. No communication ahead of the appointment ever indicated that this location did not have the vaccination I needed.

Pharmacy personnel inconsiderate zombies.
They told me to return in 15 minutes to get my prescription filled. As I was coming back, they were closing for lunch. I told them that my prescription was ready. They said it was impossible to process and to come back later.

Overheard a young female pharmacist mock another customer in front of his face for an appointment he had because he didn’t have insurance. Extremely rude and unprofessional conduct.

Apparently, speaking to customer service at the pharmacy is not an option. The entire store is called a pharmacy. So if you're looking for a pharmaceutical product (not medication), you have to call the store.

Inside the store is nice; however, the outside of the store’s entrance and parking lot is horrible. Trash everywhere! The landscape is either non existent or overgrown or dead.

It is supposed to be a pharmacy open 24hr, and you can't get an allergy pill. Without the pharmacy being open, they are just making money out of the name. It's really bad service, the store should be close it they don't have service for what they are for, a pharmacy.
Clearly out side it said 24 hrs. Pharmacy service, but unfortunately I was not able to get the allergy pill that i take for my allergies because the pharmacy is close.

I called the pharmacy and spoke to Chona who was extremely disrespectful. She was being condescending the whole conversation and laughed and said it must be my first time calling in a RX. I told her she was being disrespectful and asked to speak to her manager. She let me know she's the pharmacy manager. She shouldn't be. She answered the phone laughing and having conversations with her coworkers in the back which led her to keep asking me to repeat information in a condescending way. She couldn't hear me since she wasn't paying attention to the phone call. There's a reason the reviews are so low.

I had a great “Welcome” by Karen when I walked in the door. Team members answered my questions and that saved me time. I did pick up some 5 x 7 photos and they look good. Thanks for having a great staff and great deals, I will keep coming back for more ??????
