Was shopping with a friend for a ball gown. My friend had some specific needs, a dress with sleeves and extra large. All the other dress shops we went to had small inventory and were 3 x as expensive. This shop was amazing. Beautiful dresses and the prices were awesome. Chong was nice and very helpful. We were apprehensive to go into this store at first because it is in a huge mall like building with lots of shops in it, but we are so happy we did. Chong was amazing!! Thank you!!

Chong’s Fashion is located in the B&I and has a great selection of formal dresses. My sister wears a 2-3x and they had very limited selection for her, but the store was clean and we were helped promptly. Highly reccomend!

Went in to look for a prom dress for my daughter and online it said the business is open till 8pm. No signs or the owner mentioned that the store closes at 7. Went in at 6. Had my daughter try on some dresses and we put them back and grabbed two More to try on. Not knowing the store was closing in 15 minutes. She came over to us near the dressing room. Grabbed the dress I was holding ,hung it up then grabbed the dress my daughter was holding throws it on the chair then grabs my daughters wrist to have her go closer to her then put her arms around my daughters waist not knowing she was trying to measure her waist but with no measuring tape. She was very rude about the whole thing. I said we're spending a lot of money and don't want to be rushed in getting a dress. If she was apologetic and say hey by the way we're closing in 15 min I can save these dresses and we're open again at such and such time. I'm all for small businesses but she was very unprofessional and rude and put hands on my child. I was not having that. I normally don't post reviews but feel like this was necessary. Highly don't recommend this place even though the priceses and dresses were a good deal and beautiful the customer service was terrible.

The selection was nice and I like the choices. It is inside the B&I. I went to 2 stores before I came to this store inside the B&I. I think the choices here were pretty and in line with what I was looking for (formal wear). The person helping me was knowledgable and honest. She also does alteration and can quote how much. I kind of wish I knew about this place when I was in high school for homecoming and prom but I am still going to company parties so I think it is great place to get lady formal wear. Great selection of dresses for wedding, company parties, holiday parties, and events.

NOT TREATED WELL - We took my daughter here to look at sweet 16 dresses and homecoming dresses at the same time, as she has a fall birthday. The lady was kind while helping us, but when my daughter reminded her dad that we had a dress that was ordered online that would be arriving soon, the lady quickly changed her desposition and said, "what are you doing? You already ordered a dress! This is not a place to try on dresses for fun!" The saddest part was, we had all fallen in love with the dress my daughter had tried on and we were going to buy it. ? However, after the way we were treated, we felt as if she didn't want us in her store. Therefore we didn't get to buy the dress.

Went to the B & I shopping mall, it's huge, much larger than the Tacoma wholesale mall. If you're in Tacoma, check it out they have everything for everyone

This store will be moving soon to the B&I. Great selection of dresses! Seems sketchy, but high quality and very fair prices. The lady that helped us knew her inventory very well!

Pleasantly surprised by the selection here, definitely a place to keep in mind when shopping for a formal dress. Reasonable rates with a diverse selection and color and style.
