Worst customer service ever. I went there to try to fix my hotspot and also buy another phone. As soon as she saw me coming in and that I was black she started acting weird and she was giving me an explanation and politely I told her that I wasn’t getting what she was saying. The girl literally told me that she is not speaking Spanish and she told me she was refusing to give me service and p Kicked me out.

Lost my phone. Went to Boost Mobile to check phones out. The young lady that helped me was awesome. After she pulled up my information, she says "oh my, with a smile, that is a very old phone." She took care of me. New phone, and I was on way.

I came by and the lights are on and the sign on the door says it's open but there's no one inside and the door is locked. I called and it went right to voicemail. I get if there's only one employee on duty and they're in the restroom or on break but there's no indication anyone is even here.

Prompt and professional service. Representative very efficient and familiar with problem solving device service issues. Boost Corporate could invest a bit more into the store and busines locations but maybe reasonable with the very competitive pricing available.

I found a boost Mobile phone near my house on the street it has a lock on it I cannot find the owner with a lock on it tried to call boost Mobile to see if maybe there was something they could do to find the owner and they won't even pick up the phone

Only one person working. Took about 40 mins to get help. Employee tried upgrading me to change my plan to a more expensive plan instead of helping me fix my problem. All I needed was a new sim card for the 5g upgrade.
