The variety is limited but the prices are decent. It is definetly a hole in the wall which I don't really mind but my biggest issue is the horrible customer service. I don't know what the guy's issue is but he has a horrible disposition and does not make customers feel welcome at all. It has happened to me on multiple occasions but I kept deciding to give them another chance. After this last occasion of blatant disrespect where I ultimately had to leave without ever being helped, I vowed to never return.

Eh, It's ok. Little spendy and the people there don't seem to excited to answer questions nor serve a customer. Sure their friendly enough but that's about it. I do however prefer them over the shop on 56th and Tacoma Mall Blvd. Compared to that guy these people gold. I wouldn't go back tobthe other guy if they paid me. Just a jerk when I went there. So B&I coin shoppe is by far a better place to go. Especially if your new to the hobby and looking to learn some things.Also they do have a nice variety of coins to look through and they've been there as long as I can remember. Based on the fact that they've outlasted probably every other vendor in the B&I I must give credit where credit is do. Lasting this long there has got to count for something so I'll boost my rating by one star based on their ability to stay in business at this location.

This is a critical time for our economy, this is a great place to buy gold and silver. The mark up is low and Quality is decent to great. They accept cash and card from collector coins to raw bullion gold and silver coins. Buy some before to economy goes under.

The guy was not very friendly and kind of rude when I asked his opinion about some coins I had. He barely looked at them and then kinda dropped them on the counter and said they are not worth much and walked away.

Really unsatisfactory customer service and knowledge of coins. Employee was very short and rude. I will be taking my business else where and will not be going back. I was in the market to buy and sell for my collection and over worst experience! Don't take anything here! Steer clear!!!!

I would say the most down to earth small coin shop around, they are straight forward guys, and don't bs, you around, and sell and buy silver and any precious metals, at competitive prices, they give you what you would get, pretty much everywhere in prices for your coins, so they are honest people, and won't try to get over on you like some of these big coin shops will try to do, and believe me those big ones will, especially if they know you may not un knowledgeable about prices or what your items are actually worth, so if you may not know what your item is worth, and just want to know without them trying to rip you off without being honest, these are the ones that will be 100 legit and 100%honest, and won't try to rip you off, and you can buy silver and gold right around spots prices

Call Dan to see if they sold silver eagles guy who pick up the phone was rude Internet says they close at six guy said he was closing early to spend time with his kids which is fine but he had an attitude about it if he is the business owner I doubt he will be in business very long talking to customers like that

Not impressed at all. I was looking to sell a couple of my silver eagles and I'm thinking this guy must have gotten the wrong impression or something but he tells me that because of the weekend he could only offer me a certain price for them which happened to be less then spot price for silver not to mention everything else that goes into deciding the value of a coin. My advice is when dealing with a customer don't judge a book by its cover and always be honest with your offers.

The BEST place to sell Silver coins and bars in T-Town! Unfortunately I had to liquidate some of my silver due to a major auto repair and the gentleman there was was professional and paid more than 4 other shops in the area I checked with. I hated to part with some of my stacked silver cause I know the market manipulation cant last forever and its likely going to see some real gains soon and obviously this place sees it as a good investment as well.Thanks for your professional service.
