“Super friendly shop and kind owner. I was driving and heard loud flapping, turned out to be the vinyl around my tires: screws had come out and were flapping loosely. On a whim, I stopped by to ask if I could buy spare screws. Long story short, the owner Lupe helped me replace them and didn’t charge me. What a gesture!! No one does anything for free these days and wanted to spread the word about his kindness. All he asked in return was to bring my vehicle here if I ever got into a wreck and thought spreading the word would help bring business to his shop.”
“So happy I found this place! Not heavily advertised, and set back off of Bridgeport, but had good reviews. I’ll add another. Had a deep dent in the fender of our Accord. Mike fixed it instead of replacing it, saving hundreds, and later noticed he even repainted a few nearby scratches on the bumper (different panel) free of charge and didn’t even mention it upon pickup. “This place is a good place for auto parts. There was a young man working there and he gave me the wrong part (it happens). When I brought it back the older gentleman who seemed to be the manager was apologetic and the young lady at the register took care of everything with no problem. The manager also helped this other customer with making sure he got the best deal from the sale they were having on oil and filter combo. Now that is what I like to see when shopping anywhere. “I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted to the rim. All places I called would not mount the tire unless I purchased a tire at their establishment. South Bound did it without hesitation.'They had it mounted in less that 20 min. The staff is fantastic, great customer service. Definitely going to purchase my next motorcycle from them. I highly recommend them!”
