Horrible I will never come back same as Anthony. I was told 151 a month my bill comes it's 465 way different then what they said. I went back they offer 175 credit still owe 335 no way. I was told one thing completely lied to. They also put me as a business plan when in fact I do not have a business this has made it impossible to get them to help me. They say your a business they want business name for security I keep telling them I have no business so they transfer me to personal account they won't help because they say I am a business account. I called the store after already visiting a few times the manager informed me she put me as a business for discounts I ask how is 465 a discount plan? Now I can't get issues taken care of I have been on phone for 5 days now it's not ok. I need to take a phone back but they put us in a horrible situation. Never again!

At the time I went in the store I was extremely stressed and worried because it was close to closing, and Ethan was there to greet me when I walked in he was more than happy to stay extra, even though the store was about to be closing just to get me a phone he had patience he was understanding he was personable and customer service was excellent. I would definitely return to this company as well as recommend them to any of my friends and family AT&T is my new go to thank you Ethan

Stay away from this retailer!1. Ever since the Next-Up program has been around, I've never upgraded without having it on my plan. When it comes time to upgrade my phone, I noticed that the rep who upgraded my line removed the Next-Up from my line without my knowledge or consent. I brought it to the store manager who escalated it to her higher up. Instead of taking accountability and offering a solution, they higher up just said that they weren't willing to help at all. So now I'm stuck paying over $1,000 for a phone I had no intention of keeping. Spoke to corporate and they even said "their representative removed you without your knowledge, they should be able to help you with sorting it out. If it was a corporate store, there are times where we could write off the other half of your bill so you could upgrade." Is this the case with Prime Communications (the authorized retailer)? Clearly not. I've even messaged the corporate office and have received nothing back.2. My friend was with me, looking to upgrade their device. The representative looked at the phone and said it was in the right condition for trade-in. Now, she's trying to order the phone and the representative is saying they can't take the trade-in. Even though the AT&T program says her phone qualifies, they are refusing to upgrade her.Save yourself the hassle, headaches, and worry. Go to the corporate store.

pros: Store has potential. Styles is knowledgeable, friendly, and needs $$$ to be paid $$ a lot more $$$$cons: Store is understaffed and cannot handle the customer volume smoothly due to Corporate HQ being €£¥%ing cheap and not investing in adequate staffing.

Worst customer service. Showed up 30 mins before they closed was told it was too late. Walked over next door to T-Mobile. Was help right away when they closed at the same time. Don’t waste your time with AT&T, go to T-Mobile

This store is a big joke. The sales people lie about what deals. They say you are getting one promotion but they switch it on you and give you something else. I was told if i get this phone i would pay $1 for 36 months. I get my first bill it was alot higher. After looking in to it they gave me a promotion deal of 50% off the phone and $17.50 for 36 months. Went back in to have them honor what they promised us and they said cant give you that deal but we will waive the return fee. So i would lose out on the $100 i spent on Accessories. I would not recommend this store.

My new phone is awesome I've been with AT&T for years and have always had great service. There in person customer service at this store is AWESOME and they will make sure your getting the best deal.

Similar to the review Brady left a month ago, I was "helped" by a Caucasian girl with dark hair, ponytail and mask but I don't recall her name. She spoke to me in a degrading manner, used profanities and called me "hun" in a condescending way which is incredibly disrespectful and infuriating, especially when it's coming from an att rep who's sole purpose is to be there providing customer service. I would also advise management to look for reps who are more understanding of customer situations and who don't use disrespectful language when working with customers. Terrible experience and will be leaving att ASAP.

I don't recall her name, but some Caucasian girl with darker hair and bangs, black face mask, mid/late 20s was EXTREMELY incompetent, impatient, rude, and unprofessional when I visited this store yesterday. She first gave me information that not only made ZERO sense (she was extremely persistent and confident it was right), but was also confirmed by myself to be widely incorrect and inaccurate after calling customer service @ 611. Because she made no sense, I had to ask multiple questions to maybe receive some piece of info that actually made sense. I guess she couldn't handle multiple questions because she told my wife and I that she couldn't do this, and walked away. I'm military...my wife and I both think that me being military triggered something in her and that's the reason she treated me like complete garbage. She must have forgotten that I've been a loyal customer for a good amount of time. She needs to be retrained or fired. She alone put a bad taste in my mouth for ATT. To the store manager/owner.....find better employees who know their job, can handle questions, and who don't retreat to the back room to cry about it. Worst customer service in my entire life. Went to the Tacoma Mall location and it was an amazing experience. The way customer service should be. And if she is any type of management, I wonder what she did to get that position. She was awful.

This has been the WORST service I have ever seen in my entire life. All of the staff were extremely unprofessional, and didn't know what was going on. He claims to of had a rivalry with a Schurian, and therefore was not going to help me file my claim and was throwing me and my friend around like a human volleyball. I was done on the phone for 45 minutes with somebody who instead of wanting to help me out, wanted to talk about the weather. And after that, try to get me to buy more things rather than trying to help me fix my broken camera. Overall, a zero out of 10 by far the worst experience I've ever had in a phone store.
