got most things you need for a quick fix. they actually beat the price on some plumbing supplies I picked up there, much less expensive than a comparable item from either one of the other big box stores.

Purchased a grease gun coupler and some red sticky grease. They had what I needed, and the cashier was knowledgeable about where to find them and very courteous. It was a good experience.

Believe in small neighborhood stores and I try to do business with them but after being treated rudely by the young lady manning the front cash register I seriously doubt that I will ever return to this store. Acted like she was doing me a favor ringing up my purchases, did not give me the receipt, and never said thank you upon my departure. She just increased her scowling at me.

This is a convenient smaller Ace hardware store that's close by. No, they don't have everything you might need, but they make up for it with their friendly outgoing service. The press wood logs that they have in the bin by the registers aren't that good. You'll need a fire that's already going to use these.

This is my neighborhood hardware store and it is surprisingly well stocked considering that it is a fraction the size of the Home Depot or Lowe's. I'm a homeowner and it is often too inconvenient to run to the big box store 20 mins away when you need something immediately for a project you're in the middle or an urgent matter. I've gotten sprinkler heads, cement, joint compound, primer, drill bits, mudding supplies, fencing screws, household screws, to cleaning supplies. They have it all. On top of it, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. And the price isn't any different than HD or Lowe's, the bigger stores just carry more variety and brands

Walked in and was greeted, but no one asked me if I needed help looking for anything. The person directly in the back of me was asked and everyone after him, just not me. Walked around the store, no one offered their assistance. It’s weird they’re willing to help everyone but me. When I called the store manager, she was very condescending with her apology to me. She seemed like she didn’t care that I was calling with a complaint.

It's by far a smaller store but the employees are always helpful and friendly and even if they don't have what your looking for they usually know where you can find it or they will order it.
