Very rude clerk at overcharging for refill for a 711 big gulp container charged me triple what other stores charged it’s pretty bad when they sell you a container and tell you refill is 1.49 at all stores then you come here and they charge you triple and would rather throw it away then charge you the right price

Wish they were open 24 hours, but living in the area I understand why they are not. The cashiers are always nice. I have been going to this 711 consistently for 5 years and have no significant issues.

They had a cat up front on the counters by the register. (Health code violation). The clerks were petting it. Then I asked for some Taquitos and Eggs rolls. The clerk was going to serve it too me, without washing her hands, (health code violation), until I said something. Then she copped an attitude, about having to wash her hands.

Easy location to get in/ out of and they usually have what I need but the cashier intentionally, manually skips 7-Eleven reward screen so no points are awarded for purchases. No receipts either. We will be choosing another store for our frequent visits.

My family and I have been coming to this 7/11 for a while now and every time we went we don’t have a problem but with this pregnant lady we have a problem. They say they don’t still money but that pregnant women lady is up to no good. I went there to get cigarettes and they took my $20.47 but didn’t give me my goods that I purchase

The staff is really nice, even though they have to deal with obviously not so great customers. The store is pretty clean and well stocked.

Roller & I Showed Proof On My Phone & She Still Insists I Pay So I Just Left It, Also The Mexican 1 Accused Me Of Being A Thief Even Though It Was The First Time She ? Me ?♂️ .

Arrived at 3:30am for an Amazon Locker pickup (located inside the store) to find this location closed with a handmade sign on the door. I waited until 4:00am then called the location to inquire when they would re-open. No-one picked up the phone. When I left at 4:10 am they were still closed.During that time four other people came to the store and tried the door to find it locked. This is not a 24 hour location regardless of what they claim.I will not be using this location again. Previous reviews seem to indicate my experience isn't the first time this has happened.

Hispanic lady who works here is rude as hell. and hates kids. Please, hire people who actually loves their job and who are kind and respectful to people who deserves it. Love this 7-11 but hate having to run into this lady. She’s evil! Treat people how you want to be treated! Hope she gets fired!

4th time I've been in to this 7-11 and all four times they have tried to double le charge me for a slurpee. Everything and when asked why they say signs are wrong and act like they don't understand me. Buyer beware. A lot if honest 7-11's close by
