They don't know how to load money for cash app. After they found out about the cash app problem they showed me how to do it myself without a employee to get in the way... Now I can train staff on how to use the register to load money on any mobile money App at any 711. thanks Maria...

On two separate occasions when I went in the last two weeks I was told to use self checkout while employees (2 on first time 3 on the second time) chatted it up. The first time I was bothered because I was buying alcohol and couldn’t do that. And then the second time it was fine because I was getting snacks. My issue with this is that both times employees were not doing work, they were chatting / socializing with each other and also talking on the phone with one of their family members while helping me check out the alcohol. I personally will never come here again I’d rather drive the extra 3 minutes to go to a different convenience store.

I went there and tried to buy something on promotion. Unfortunately, they didn’t know how to ring it up so they had to unboxed it and put it back which is very unsanitary so don’t go there if you are expecting to get something on special, you’ll be paying full price. Wow

DESTINY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB ONE OF THE SODA SYRUPS NEEDED CHANGED AND SHE REFUSED TO DO IT I EVEN EXPLAINED IT TO HER AND SHE STILL REFUSED TO DO IT IDK WHY YOU GUYS HIRE LAZY PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO COMMON SENSE BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

The person who works nights closes the store every night for cleaning. Must be nice to not work for your shift at all and hang out in the back doing nothing. Anyway I will be reporting to corporate.

This store hasnt had cold freezers for drinks in 2 months and the "manager" is now charging 25 cents for ice so that you can keep your drink cold. The manager then gets a Terrible attitude with people and I will probably never spend my money here agian. Which is unfortunate since I work by here. Ohh well I'll give my money to other places of business. Definetly wouldn't recommend going here as long as that bad attitude manager is there.

I'm a vegetarian and don't eat chili, so getting nachos I double up on the cheese. The store employee tried to charge an extra $2 for the cheese and said NOTHING. No thanks. Keep the nachos. I'll go to another location that isn't trying to sneak in extra charges.*Update* It gets worse. Response by owner is an afk which is a known way to attack computer files. Luckily I have good software that protects itself.

I've come here multiple times after other convince stores have already closed. The "Thor" looking dude helped me with excellent customer service. Super helpful and with a happy attitude being it was 1:30 in the morning.

This store will try to scam you. I pick up a green machine drink and it says $2.50 on the sign, take to register and tall man says $4.17. I look at him and back confused. He says I didn't read the sign. I go back and the green machine is where the V8 juice is and there is no sign for green machine drink. They are trying to catch ppl who are not paying attention and tricking them into thinking their product is decently priced. Laziness fix your price signs and descriptions 711.

Do not go here. The older woman and daughter have no respect and are rude. Very unprofessional, take your business elsewhere. The store even smelled like mold. Most product was expired. Didn't even want to answer when asked when fresh product would arrive.
