Returned a card to sender (my sister in Maryland) because “no mail receptacle.” Uh, you’ve been putting mail in my mail box for more than 3 years!

There's one mail carrier who refuses to deliver our packages from if they weigh more than 10 lbs. She will lie and say she attempted the delivery and she does not even try. When confronted they say they are not required to deliver packages to us.
