I called Gabe @ GATCO regarding a lost remote control to my jet ski lift. Within 5 minutes Gabe Faced Timed me to see what lift box I had. Within an hour he arrived at the house with a spare remote that worked. Success and great customer service free of charge for being a long time customer owning two lifts from GATCO.

Gatco is fantastic! Gabe the owner stands behind his product with service before and after the sale. We bought 1 boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts in the last year. His prices were the most competitive and the service is outstanding. Whenever I ask a question his response time is less than a day.
