Great firearm dealer. Order off their website, usually only takes two days to get there. Go there to do paper work,pickup firearm 10 days later. Doesn't get easier in this state. I recommend Brad's guns to everyone looking to purchase a firearm.

Tried to get ahold of them by e-mail because their website says that's the fastest way. Asked about stock on an item, no response. Asked again... no response. Apparently they don't want business.

Personal customer service!! I thought it was a thing of the past but not at Brad’s Guns in Bonney Lake. I bought my first handgun today after shopping at several chain stores. The staff was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions allowing me to make an informed decision. The process was quick and easy. The store was easy to find and clean. Prices were spot on and I am thrilled with my purchase.

I don't know if it had to do with my skin color but I was lied to about the 10-day background check that doesn't take effect till next year. I don't know why but I feel so offended bc when I came back to pick it up today, I saw another person who was right in front of me purchase a gun and walk out with it right then and there. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, Brad's Guns.

I highly recommend this gun shop!The service quality was truly exceptional, the sales associate Brenden did an excellent job at educating me and helping me find a gun that would suite me!If you are looking for any help in finding a gun or parts Brenden is the guy to talk to!The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to work with them.The sales associate Brenden did an amazing job. He could sell a “ketchup popsicle”to a women in white gloves and I just so happen to be that women!

Brad and his store is my favorite gun store to deal with in our area. No egos and reasonable transfer fees is a bonus. I’ve transferred and ordered several items through Brads Guns. I wish this state hadn’t crippled what they can sell these days. Give them your business so there’s a good gun store to go to.

Brad and his team are phenomenal. They got me the fire arm of my choice so quickly, I was amazed! There was no issues or delays or waiting. Brad and his team were extremely welcoming, communicative and patient. They took outstanding care of me and went above and beyond! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would much rather support a local gun shop than go through a corporate retailer. I agree with the other guy 10/10 would highly recommend Brads.
