This place is great! They help out a bunch. I don’t wash my Jeep. It’s been 2 years and they helped me out by letting me go through twice for the price of one.. great place. It looks like they hire high schoolers. Great place!

I absolutely appreciate the customer service here. Not only did Rodney D. Make sure I went thru twice to clean my Explorer. When I was drying my vehicle off the doors locked with hitch open in back. Rodney was so kind and gracious to help me. He climb in from the back and unlock my doors.
I love and appreciate that he didn't blink an eye when I asked him for help.
I am a acute dialysis nurse that covers many downtown king county hospitals. Taking care of patients is my love. It was really nice to have someone reciprocate that same love.
I will be using this car wash from now on.

I have a brand new hyundai ioniq 6. It was clearly damaged by the cat wash (see picture). Like all other claims made against them, they will deny it. I am considering taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE AT RABBIT! Use brown bear over in Everett and then use the upcoming Lake Stevens location up on 9 (when it gets built).
The damage to my car is on the leasing edge of the hood and is definitely not road damage. The chips are pretty much equidistant from the center exactly where the brushes are in front of the car.
Wet Rabbit has never, too the best of my knowledge, ever admitted to damaging a cat no matter how egregious the damage is.
DO NOT USE AT RABBIT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.
Some other facts - I've only ever taken my car to Wet Rabbit and my car has only 7k miles since I bought it mid January. It had no other road damage and is mostly driven locally.

Windshield was damaged on my new car 3 days after purchase. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and come to them privately to have a conversation about it and I received a generic, pre-typed up response that was obviously created to respond to multiple complaints that I've since read about online. Nothing else touched my windshield except this carwash, I know what damaged it, I paid for the damages and they refused to even entertain the idea that it could've been their equipment. I won't be back, I will warn others not to go there, which sucks because it's conveniently located and decently priced. I wish their ethics matched the flashy esthetic they portray. Such a bummer.

recently visited Wet Rabbit car wash and let me tell you, these folks are not just washing cars—they’re performing vehicular miracles. I pulled up in my Toyota Tacoma with my canopy windows wide open like I was trying to air out a haunted house. As I was going through the car wash I said to myself oh s*** I forgot those windows in the canopy but when I exited my vehicle to use the complimentary vacuum cleaners for the cab of my car I noticed that the windows were closed that must mean that the attendant swooped in, closed them with the grace of a ninja, and saved my car’s interior from a high-pressure bath.
My car emerged not just clean, but sparkling like it had been blessed by the Pope, and not a drop inside, thanks to my new favorite window-closing superhero.
Highly recommend Wet Rabbit for their attention to detail and window-saving heroics! Will definitely be back—canopy windows closed, of course.

Amazing service. I had been traveling and my car had bugs stuck on the front. The young man who was helping us went the extra mile and had the person doing pre wash go over the front thoroughly. The even said we could go thru again if every didn't come off.My car look like new.Thank you
