Sign on the door says no minors. I get it, keep underage teens out of the store. Im a single dad. I walk in the store (it's completely empty) with my 4 year old and I get told "he can't be in here". He can't come in and I can't leave him in the car... tell me how that makes any sense. My advice for other single parents is just go to the store down the street. No issues there.

Went in to get a new pack of pods. Explained to the man at the counter there was a issue with the pods I had and that they were completely burnt after a couple uses, told me it must've been a bad batch and I would have been completely okay with that, however the man helping me was completely rude and said in the rudest way "is there anything else?" And made me feel like just the biggest inconvenience. There are other vape shops where the workers are so friendly and I am able to have conversations with them. I don't know if I'll go back now as the service I got just made me feel like I was the most annoying costumer on the planet. If you see a man with a septum ring and gives off overall skater boy vibes I would get help from another employee as he seems to really not want to be there or help costumers.

Crap customer service. Very snobby and condescending. Products are over priced and selection is limited.

This shop is frustrating. One of the gentlemen that works here is very helpful (tall, long redish hair), the rest are simply lazy or simply don't want to help customers. Consistently closing 5 - 10 min early.

I have been a regular customer for over three years and have never had a problem. Until my last visit. I asked for N3 coils and got N2 instead. I didn't catch the mistake until I went to change coils a few days later. I live a long way from the store so I only make the trip once a month. The juice I get hasn't been in stock when I go. It's a good store, but too far for me now.

It's a good shop, most of the staff is pretty helpful and they keep a good stock of juice and hardware. I've been going there for a few years now and they almost always get me what I need.

I bought 2 different brands of disposable vapes (switch mods and crushed) I opened the crushed one in my car before leaving the parking lot and it was leaking really bad right out of the package so I went inside and exchanged it. Then I left because I needed to be somewhere and opened the new crushed and the switch mods and neither of them work at all. Such a waste!

It's a good shop, most of the staff is pretty helpful and they keep a good stock of juice and hardware. I've been going there for a few years now and they almost always get me what I need.
