Not only did he fix the 4x4 issues with my F250, he was extremely accommodating with me picking the truck up after hours when I had to deal with my daughter getting in a fender bender. And a few days later he called to ask how the truck was running and how my daughter was doing! Who does that in this day and age? Consequently I will be a customer for life as long as JT is there, fantastic experience from a very honest and caring person.”

“Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“After spending almost $3k at another shop for repairs, still had the same problem. They said I needed powertrain repaired and a new power steering unit for another $2000 plus tax. Got a recommendation to take it to Aaron's. After checking it out the powertrain and power steering unit were fine. The problem was actually a worn part within the engine itself. It cost $2300 total for Aaron's to fix it. Had I gone with the other guys they'd have charged me the 2K then when I still had the same problem they would have charged me who knows what to actually repair what really was wrong (if they ever figured it out!) Wish I'd taken it to Aaron's to begin with. Honest, experienced, reliable local business ! I would give them a 10 star rating A+++ service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Jamie’s front desk staff and mechanics are very friendly and informative. Jamie’s takes pride in what they do and they stand behind their quality work. We were referred by our mechanic to Jamie’s for a transmission rebuild on my problematic Jeep Grand Cherokee. My Jeep loves to create complications (and headaches), after the rebuild, it didn’t want to stay sealed and continued to leak. Due to the number of challenges my Jeep threw at them, Jamie’s extended our warranty window. That really showed me Jamie’s stands behind their work because not many businesses would do something like that, especially for the number of obstacles my Jeep came up with along the way. Dropping the Jeep off one day, one of their mechanics said, he believes he knows what’s causing it to leak and he guaranteed it would never leak again. He nailed it- it has not leaked since! I have referred many people to Jamie’s and will continue to, knowing the excellence of their work and customer service.”

“You have to experience these guys. Rusty is a hoot. He has a ton of knowledge and experience. He is willing to give you the shirt off his back to help get back on the road safely. His guys work efficiently and know what they are doing. Even if you think you know better trust me you don't. These guys will help you if you're a diy type. They saw an issue with my vehicle and found a work around for a part we were worried would get damaged if I tried to remove it. Jonny came in clutch and fixed my screw up. I have a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL and they performed a 120 point inspection, performed a transmission service on my vehicle and installed some bright led headlights. “If I could give more than 5 I would!! My car was smoking from a busted radiator hose and I had to find the nearest place. I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!”

“Saved my bacon! I had to go to work the next day, but I stripped a bolt hole for the sway bar bushing bracket and didn't have the tools to fix it, and was stranded at home without a way to get to the store. Aaron showed up in an hour, got my problem fixed quickly and professionally, and even reassembled my sub-frames for me since there was still time left over on the minimum (got my money's worth!). Thank you again, Aaron!”
