Team Fitness Wellness Plaza, established in 2001, is a comprehensive health and wellness center located in Lake Stevens, serving Snohomish County. Additional offerings consist of a barber shop, botox, fillers, IV therapy, vitamin shots, PRP, stem cell, hormone therapy, and weight loss therapy. The center is home to Pursuit Fitness, S.P.T. - Physical Therapy, Redd's Mens Cuts, Symmetria, Well Balance Nutrition, and Glamour to Go. The state-of-the-art facility boasts wonderful amenities such as a juice and smoothie bar and a rotating rock wall. The owner and staff are known for their exceptional service, generosity, and friendliness, making each visit feel like being with friends. The clean, well-maintained gym has welcoming and helpful staff, including Mike, who goes out of his way to ensure visitors feel comfortable and supported.

State of the art facility with some wonderful amenities. There's even a juice and smoothie bar for after your workouts! I'll have to come back for the rotating rock wall:)
