There was a white/gray haired lady working checkout 6/24/24 around 11-1130am who is the laziest, rudest, most condescending person I've had the displeasure of dealing with in a very long time. This lady needs to retire already. If you must go to a Target, just go to the Smokey Point location.

Be sure to check expiration date on perishable items when picking up drive up orders. They gave me 1 gallon milk with just 2 days expiry when I refused to take it they couldn’t cancel it. Had to go inside to return

I have to hand it to the staff for running around and picking up for a very messy inconsiderate community. I was appalled at the behavior of the adults in Lake Stevens. Clothes just tossed back on top of racks, letting the clothes fall on the ground, there were literal piles under some racks. Having watched people just behave like this made me appreciate how hard it is to work in retail. I'm not surprised they cant staff it consistently. Why would anyone want to work where such an entitled community just wrecks the store. Jesus people get it together. You wouldnt run around rummaging through your cupboards pulling stuff out and just leave it out.
The staff looked frazzled but was still friendly and helpful. I dont blame them, I dont work there and I was upset.

Sharleen, store manager, Lake Stevens. Did not seem comfortable in management roll. Could not look up online order by order number after requesting to prove I ordered prior to 759pm. After then looking up by last name, Sharleen stated order was not ready. I spoke with the "runner" who had already processed and bagged by items, but, Sharleen would not grab it from the back because her screen said it was not complete yet. Told them no problem, I can wait but need it tonighy. Her and another co-worker told me, that's not how it works and I would need to come back since they were closing at 10pm.
I Drove 2 hrs for infant formula only available at this location. After suggesting I will just cancel and can they put it back on the shelf they were dumbfounded. After agreeing and walking to the register she stated I didn't need to do that anymore and was good to go.
Prior to my interaction, Sharleen was also in a panic, frantically asking employees near all customers at the U-scan if anyone had seen two people in black clothes and cowboy boats. As others rushed out of the store
everyone seemed uneasy now.
Unprofessional, lack of experience and poor customer service. Garbages overflowing, staff ready to leave hr before close, airhorn going off every 5 mins in the store, not sure if customers or staff. Will go anywhere but Target now, stay away from this store and evening staff.

The girl who dresses like a guy with colored hair working the front door is the extremely rude. Literally wouldn’t acknowledge me knocking at the door to see if my son dropped something in the store at the register that I just left a minute ago. Literally locked the door saw me there and ignored me. At least acknowledge that I’m there instead of blatantly ignoring me. Her coworker acknowledged me after the fact but not her. Poor customer service.

This is my local Target, so it’s easiest for me to stop into this one - but if I can help it, I’m going to Woodinville, Lynnwood, or even Everett (they’re literally all better)! This Target is just horrible in terms of inventory & I have no idea why it’s so different from the other stores. It takes FOREVER for this location to get new items that come out online & they never restock anything, so if you see something you want or like - BUY IT RIGHT AWAY! Because chances are, you’ll never see it again. This goes especially for clothing & toys, but food & beverage items can take up to a week to re-stock as well. I love Target & I’m a loyal customer, but come on - this is not it.
I would also like to add (for the record) that I’d give 5 stars to the employees. They are wonderful, helpful, & sweet!

I really like this Target! The staff are friendly, the aisles are clear of product obstructing carts/scooters. My only complaint/concern is that the wheelchairs/scooters Target provides are never plugged in and therefore not charged. I go in the mornings and every time I have gone (since moving to this area) they have not been fully charged (even if the individual sign says they are). I have ever only been able to make it fully through the store 1 time at of the 5 times I have gone. Is it possible to ensure that staff check these when checking restrooms? Or something similar, and plug all in over night? Thank you!

Worst Target ever!! I bought my son a bike and upon putting it together one pedal wouldn't stay on. I called huffy, the bike company and they told me to exchange the bike at the store I purchased it. When I went into the store, they claimed they "don't do exchanges", only "returns". I thought that was weird but whatever... I returned it. I went and got THE EXACT SAME BIKE off the shelf and when I went to pay, they charged me $16 more than I paid for that exact bike a month ago!! So, the reason they won't let you exchange anything is so that they can jack up the price and you have to pay more money!! This is a greedy and shady way of business

This store is normally pretty clean and well stocked.However, make sure to check the expiration dates when you buy food. We saw expired food on the shelves (donuts) today and when we got home realized that a different item we bought from a different area of the store (cookies) were expired after we had already eaten some of them.We have gotten food (spaghetti sauce) with maggots in it before from this store - we will be buying less of our food here from now on.

I went in to find some of those mini brand toys for my friend for Xmas and I could not find the appliance line of mini brands so I asked an associate if they had any, kj, the associate, looked it up and went into the back of the store to help us get some and she came back with an entire box of them! She told us to give our friend the box the balls come in and was smiling the whole time! Kj was very nice and efficient and I would come back, especially if we can get help from her! Long lines however, but we were shopping on the last Sunday before Xmas so I expected a long line, they had plenty of cashiers coming in to help get the line down

I placed an order online. The order was ready in an hour for pick up from my local Target store. The store employees are very friendly and are always ready to help. The order pick up was smooth . I highly recommend Target , especially for online orders because we can find great deals, better deals than in-store :)

This place is clean & well organized compared to other Targets. Funny enough, I got fired working here as a teen way back so part of me wants to knock a star for that lol but no hard feelings I was a degenerate
