Only one time, but the drop off and pick up service was efficient. No prices displayed or on a website and I paid $16 for two simple tops, why are women's so much more than men's?!

Took my king size down comforter in to be cleaned. I picked it up got it home only to discover it's not my comforter it's a queen not a king. So I took it back and the owner argued with me saying no it's a king and that it was mine. After him unfolding it to see it was a queen he still insisted that it was a king and it was mine. Also mine has the pieces of string to tie your duvet cover onto it, the one I received doesn't.

Have very good customer service but it's just upsetting they don't deal with military uniforms. We live nearby and was thinking they'll be able to do some alternation for our uniform but couldn't because it was too complicated for them.

We have been coming here weekly since we moved here last November and they have been nothing but AMAZING! Our clothes are always perfect and done on time and in a reasonable amount of time, and if we need something rushed they have always come through to help us out. Mike and Katherine are so sweet and it's always so nice bringing our 8 month old in during drop offs and pick ups to say hi.
