Every time I visit Pet Pros in Lake Stevens I always get a warm welcome. I am never bombarded or hovered around asking if I need help, but I am offered help if I need any. It's a perfect balance of customer service and my personal space.I always receive the assistance I need whenever I am making a decision on a new pet product I am not familiar with. I appreciate their selection of top tier animal products. I feed my pets organic, grain free, junk free food, and they carry a plethora of different treats, foods, medicines, shampoos, and even pet friendly carpet cleaner.Thank you, Pet Pros! Our animals love you!

First timers here and out experience was fantastic, we were helped by a young man who was first day on the job and he did an excellent job he recommended real dog chewy bones and that for sure was a hot with our fur baby she devoured it in 5 minutes tops! We picked up some freeze dried chicken giblets that put us on superstar status at the dog park! Thank you and for sure you will be are number one!!!!

first time shopping here and probably won’t be back. i’m a new kitten owner and this establishment wasn’t warm or welcoming very little toys for cats you have better luck at mudbay.

I highly recommend shopping here instead of other Pet Stores in Lake Stevens. Katie was outstanding. Her knowledge of their products and her customer service was superb. I will shop at Pet Pros from here on out.

I love that Pet Pros has delivery for dog food, extremely convenient but I can also go pick up as they have a great location on the west side of Lake Steven's!

Very helpful staff, got a couple collars on sale, 50% off, so was happy about that! Do wish they had waist belt leashes, but they don’t.

While it’s nice to have a smaller specialty pet store closer to my new home, I am a bit sad since it seemed more focused on dogs than cats, and didn’t have the treats I like to buy my cat, nor the free treats my favorite other small store gives out. Some of the prices are also a bit higher, though I did find a good deal for dry kibble that she seems to like so far. The return policy is just not as flexible and they also don’t seem to sample out 3 free cans of wet food, which was a great unique service of my other store, especially when times were tight financially.
