We came into the Lake Stevens store on Saturday, June 1, so that I could switch from my iphone 7 to my new iphone 14, whereupon my husband could switch from his FLIP-phone to my old iphone 7. This was not an easy task, especially when dealing with tech-challenged people like us, but Tyler was SO patient and SO helpful! We could not thank him enough for going above and beyond for us! “I would just like to say that every employee in the store has gone above and beyond to help me work out an Issue. My faith has been restored with Verizon, I was ready to jump ship, and George specifically restored that faith.
I think if I had any critiques, it would be when calling to speak to somebody in our Own country, That’s where my frustration lies, also where I was ready to leave Verizon, because I was unable to get the help through the people that did not understand what I was trying to explain.”
