Worker tried to sneak up on me in the middle of the day when I was in my unit alone. Not sure why but he then reached out to my service dog. And she nipped at him to warn him to back off. Creepy.

I recently rented a unit here and would recommend it to anyone in the Lake Stevens area looking for a storage facility. The place is very clean and super easy to access, all at an affordable price. Kayla, the manager, was exceptionally nice and provided excellent customer service, making me feel right at home. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much!

Met with an associate who insured business would be open on Memorial Day, Which it was not. The attendant that rent me the unit left my drivers license in the copy machine. The next day, when I went to rent the U-Haul from their sister company who also have another storage facility. I had no license to rent it so my day was screwed up from the beginning. I rented another unit from them just another location. This all happened May 23 and they still haven’t paid me back my money when they know that I’ve rented a larger unit at their other facility. I still have not received my money and it’s June 12

Don't understand if an employee who works for company says they wrote you a note on payment being made the following day and it would be no problem. why would you sale off property and when they show up as your employee says they would to pay in full you say to bad. Then when confronted that the employee told you ,they did leave you note on computer,you don't care and said employee will be reprimanded and hang up on customer. Who in good faith believed your employee (who was representing your company) Hey you screwed up, now be a honest business and fix it!!

I rented several times from Storage Depot from the large units storing my vehicle to midsized storing furniture and other items. I now rent a small storage unit. There is a reason that I keep coming back the facility is managed very professionally and is always clean. Kayla is a first class and top notch manager.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I rented a small indoor unit, it’s all metal (walls and door), and they provide you with a lock.I rented the unit online and picked up the keys in person the next day. It couldn’t have been easier. Kayla from the front office was super helpful and got me set up in about 5 mins.
