These guys were so awesome! I have used them for taxes for the last three years. Before that, i tried turbo tax once and it was a mess! H&R Block tax pros are completely transparent about what you can expect, and they always look for extra deductions you could possibly qualify for! ?

i’m actually really upset with what happened. i had to do an amended return and pay for it out of pocket and waited 9 months only to get a letter from irs saying that my dependents social security numbers were not put on the form and now have to resubmit my claim. only to assum i’ll be waiting another 9 months for my return. i’m not sure how something so simple was messed up.

Needed some tax help and H&R was very helpful. Worked with Mylene and she was very knowledgeable in all the extra things that don't come up when filing on your own. I felt like I had known her for years by the time I had left.

This office charged us $275.00 for a service they did not provide. They admitted their mistake and said they would issue a refund. However, It has been 5 weeks with no resolve. Kaylee the manager is not returning my phone calls and staff consistently claims that she is not in office. I had to escalate this to the corporate and get my lawyer involved. We have all the evidence we need and will be taking this to arbitration. I have never had such a bad experience with a tax service and will never be back. Why they wont refund the money they fraudulently took for a service they did not provide is beyond me. Don't use HR block and if you do, keep diligent records of your interactions.

We dropped our taxes off over two weeks ago. They have STILL not been completed! We had a woman call us a week and a half in saying she was going to work on them that day (after I had called to check in on them again) and we never got a call. This is THE worst experience we have EVER had with H & R Block!
