The lady their cut my hair wrong and messed it up amd when i told her about it she just made it worse and she was proud of her work seems like she doesnt know what she's doing it was also hard to understand what she was saying it was so annoying never going back their again.

Asked for a pretty basic haircut for my 11 year old son, somehow the hair line on his neck was uneven, almost a 45 degree angle....Also his hair is very thick and requires extra thinning out/blending. This was communicated to the Hairdresser but she put very little effort into this and the sides looked bulky and choppy. Very rushed. Also noticably uneven uneven on the sides. It was really pretty bad. My husband was the one who took him to to get the cut and had it been me I would have made her fix it before we left. Instead I fixed it best I could at home and we will never go there again and I have to give a bad review.

I went to this location for the first time to get a hair trim and wash. I asked if the wash or shampoo was included with the cut and I was told it was included so I was okay with proceeding. I got called back to get my hair washed. The lady was washing my hair very fast and kept irritating my piercings which she never asked if I had new or healing piercings to begin with. I felt very uncomfortable when getting my hair washed and was causing my neck to hurt. Then it was time for my hair to get cut which went well but then when she gave me a mirror to see the final results, my hair wasn’t even down drying after she blow dried it but not completely. I then payed for the service and was charged. After I paid the lady said you did shampoo and hair cut right? So I said yes because she was the same lady that washed my hair. She messed up and only charged my for the cut the first time so I was waiting until the charges were corrected. So I gad to pay twice for the wash portion which I thought was included this whole time because the same lady that did everything told me it was included to begin with. Please do not come here if you don’t want an unpleasant experience.

Got my hair cut there and the lady kept saying oh your hair is dry, damaged ect. She asked what I wanted but spent all of 5 minutes on my hair and cut it way to short. As a mom I don't get to pamper myself and am feeling awful and don't like my haircut! The station was dirty with hair jam packed in the clippers and scissor holder. Will not be returning there ever again!

I have never had a painful haircut in my life. I don't know if it was the clippers? Empathy should be a thing if you are providing a service for people. I've been coming here for seven years, and have never had an experience like this. I won't be coming back.

This place is straight up a health risk. Sat down to get my hair cut today and noticed that all of the stylists shears were packed full of hair still. She cut into my skin while lining up my neck with equipment that was beyond unsanitary. Looked like nothing around me was cleaned all day or longer. Now I have to get a blood test in 2 months because of this exposure. Going to file a complaint with the department of health on this place. Should have just walked out as soon as i saw the stylist didn't clean her equipment. Hopefully not a life long mistake.

If this is the one in Frontier Village next to Taco Time I will NEVER go back. I don't remember the ladies name but she told me she could cut my 3 year Olds hair. She was ruff. I had him on my lap and she kept pushing him down into me and running the clippers over his head WHILE HE WAS MOVING. I had to tell her to to stop and let me get him settled and she just kept pushing him and jarring his head. I didn't even let her finish. His poor hair looked terrible. ?
