I am sure the vets and tech are great (I have heard good things) but the front desk person I spoke with made the experience uncomfortable and exasperating, she was very short with me, I would ask a question and she would cut me off with a one word answer, she would then ask me questions and make me repeat myself several time. Instead of welcoming and friendly I could tell she either didn't want to be there or thought she didn't need to bother with customer service. Either way I am lucky to have other options.

Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.

Drove 1 hour across town during rush hour to lents, and if that wasn’t enough, get there at 5:30 during their 5-6:30 window and told they weren’t seeing any more dogs. Unacceptable. There were only four dogs in front of me and I just needed shots. It’s like burgerville asking for tips or inmates running a prison. . If you can ruin your day and are ok about getting turned away. Go. Or if you want employees anxious to get on their party night and not care about peoples lives. Go ahead and go. Very disappointed and poorly run. Granted it’s just shots. But pay the extra and go to a brick and mortar place.

Good Neighbor Vet, convenient drop in that was near by. It was great day, no wait at all. The Vet & Vet assistant was very friendly. That is important not only for myself, but for my furry companion?. The Rhabies Vaccination was $50.00. $50.00 deworm Two -1 now, 2nd in two weeks- (was recommended due to King County is known for dogs eating grass.) You don't have to purchase them. I did. I love my furry companion. I want only the best! $100 total , you can pay VISA, AMEX, CASH, M/C or DISCOVER. We were in and out of there. Friendly, Nice and clean. Who can ask for anything more.

Waited in line for an hour in the cold & rain, to be told they met their limit at 7 people. When I inquired about the time & location it would of been nice if someone mentioned how early you have to be to be seen, because the line was already cut off before the 4:00 time even started. I was #2 on the “waitlist” & at 4:50 they said they would take one person, it would of been 5 extra minutes passed 5:00 for my dog to get a single vaccine & I was the last person waiting. Completely rude & crappy way of doing business.

Please dont ever take your dog to this vet. I did this as a last minute thing as my vet was booked out for weeks and they treated my black lab so agressive. Its almost as if they have never worked with bigger dogs before. The vet was extremely disrespectful and rude along with the woman with the purple hair at the check in stand, she was so dismissive and disrespectful. They do not care about your pet. Please dont take your pet here.

Very unorganized and RUDE. Cut the line off at 5 people 25 min before the event started. Lady stated they only allow 10 min per customer so she was cutting the line off. When she was told if that was the case I’d make the 6th at 60 min. Lady stated.... “I know this must be very hard for you...” definitely do not recommend, VERY unprofessional!

we drove over an hour and less than an hour into their clinic hours, they are no longer taking animals. why not list the hours as 11-12 if you cut it off at 12???

trash. save money and time by going to a real clinic. its literally the same price only you don't have to waste gas and time chasing them around town.

Always a great experience! Took my Chow Chow to this clinic back before he passed, and now take the new dog to them. They are always fast, friendly, and great with the pets.
