“Cleanest store, and great customer service. Just like any other gas station, air machines break due to people being reckless. Everytime I go I get FREE air . It’s not 1.50. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a smile and enjoy seeing my favorite employee.Almost everyone is new, and one person I had a problem with, the person has been there for 8 months and had a attitude problem, but I think the person got complaints and started being a little more nice. Now everyone is amazing and I love being a regular, again. . The restrooms are the nicest I have ever seen for a gas station.”
“They have been GREAT at getting my Alaskan Husky IPA. They always call when they get my beer. Norm's will wait for me to get up to LaConner as it is not easy sometimes. They always have it waiting in the cooler.They always can get your brand. They even bring it out to the car. Nice people work at Norm's. RC”

“Been going here for years. It’s clean, easy to get to, always a pump available to use. During the day it’s different, very good food in the am including breakfast burritos. At night the only thing is maybe a cultural difference in terms of communication. As I was paying for my coffee and gas, I asked the checkout counter guy for a hot food item. I didn’t hear him correctly and I didn’t realize I was to get myself. As I walk over to get the food item, he says loudly and a little angry at me no! I said no! Why’d you open it! They are no good! See that’s why I’m making new ones! And he pointed to his station behind the counter. So that was awkward but I just chalked it up to communication differences.”

“Place pretty much has everything you need, good hot food, a beer cave, and cold drinks lining the walls. not sure what the complaints about rude staff are about, the ladies who helped me were very kind.”
