Jeff is an incredible service advisor. I won't go anywhere else. It is such a relief to have an auto shop I can trust again.
Sensible diagnostics, a dealership left a connector unplugged which caused me months of grief. These guys plugged it back in and all is well...and didnt try to get unnecessary work out of it - amazing. I thought my warranty covered something it didn't and Jeff didn't argue, he tried anyway, and ended up saving me a little money on something else that was needed that my warranty did cover which i wasnt aware of. Jeff truly has your best interest in mind.
About Crossan's - Fast, knowledgeable, & convenient. They have an after hours pick up option with payment over the phone. 1 handicap spot. A back gated lot for securing vehicles overnight. Professional and friendly staff.
Sandra was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner within 2 weeks. It may have been less, idk when I called. 3 concerns and all was done within the same week. And it runs so smooth, like brand new. Thanks guys!

I had an exceptional experience with Crosson's after my alternator belt spontaneosly ejected itself as I was coming down Grade ftom 92.
Their original price quote was MORE than reasonable, they even did a full inspection and changed out my AC belt while they were at it to help save labor costs.
The final price was even lower than the quote, which made this new mom VERY happy. What blew my mind though was how quickly they took care of it... Dropped it off with them after hours on Wednesday and saw it (umistakeable) driving down Grade as I was heading to work on Friday morning! Had it back before the weekend. Could not be more pleased. :)

I never would have known this place existed if they hadn't been recommended to me. I brought my car in for a valve issue and had a great experience. They communicated to me all the way through with an upbeat positive attitude. This went a long with me and we will continue to bring our vehicles to them going forward.

They are popular which makes them very busy, but the customer service is excellent. Twice I've brought cars in for what I thought was a big issue, only to find out it wasn't that serious (or expensive).You can choose to have them review repair costs with you and approve it before they do the work. They also have a system in place for dropping off cars after hours which is a blessing with my schedule. Can't recommend them enough!
