Tall ( heavy) young man with white skin, dark hair and wearing black base ball cap has an ugly customer service. did not greet me, instead he slam his hand to grab my cash on the counter and yell at me LET'S GO!.. when finished serving me. he worked morning shift. be aware of this guy....Mann W.

Tom Thumb has always been a great spot to stop for gas and groceries! They have friendly service in the the local community.

Do not support this business. Tom Thumb has been around for YEARS and ever since the new owner, Christina took over, it has gone down hill. They treat all of their employees terribly. Erik, the manager of Tom Thumb is an absolute monster. They own Tom Thumb Espresso as well which manages to fail multiple health inspections, yet is still somehow in business. The stand recently had a rat issue which left rat feces in the products. The floor inside the stand has fallen through due to the ice machine leaking and causing the floor to mold. Multiple employees have dealt with health issues due to the black mold inside the stand. Management has been asked to fix these issues but the issues have still have not been addressed. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Christina (Joy) doesn't deserve your money and her businesses should be SHUT DOWN! They repeatedly fire employees for no reason and give wrong accusations!

Short haired blonde girl in the espresso stand has horrible customer service. Did not greet me and spent the entire interaction talking badly about her management and other local stands as well. Does not seem very happy to be here. 9/17 AM shift.

The store is great and the gas station has Apple Pay so it's super convenient for the days I forget my debit card... but I went to their coffee stand today and the barista had her mask hanging from one ear the entire time. She made my drink and spoke to me within 6 feet with NO mask. Last time I try and branch out from my normal coffee stand.

Nice little gas station/corner store. Stop here all the time although the grocery prices are not the cheapest. Decent hot food case choices as well.

I was there asking for specific drink and cashier went out of his way to help me. I'd definitely comeback since they are the only ones that have this type of drink that I know of. Thank you.

Good location. But they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I went to buy myself some beer. I could't tell where the line was. When it was time to pay, they asked for my ID which I handed to him and they also asked my friend for his. But I never understood why he had to show his ID. For some reason he didn't have it with him. I asked my friend to step out of the store so I could continue with my purchase, but the cashier very rudely told me it did not matter because he was still not going to sell me the beer. So my question is what do they do if I go buy beer and I have my kids with me, well they want my kids to have an ID with them too?? I am not going back to this store. And I do not recomend it to anyone.

This is your local grocery store, gas station and it's open 24/7. It's run by some local heroes that are often run ragged by loads of visiting lake-goers, so give them a smile. The staff here is always friendly and knows where everything is if you need help. Erik is great! This place is a landmark. It's clean, well lit, easy to find - check it out.

This place has been a life saver! There's a surprisingly large variety of items here. I don't know how many time's I've been out of random things in the kitchen and they've had it in stock! Love it!
